on the Suggestions opinion (Like it etc. etc.) there should be something that says which user(s) opinated (Or how do you say it).

These polls are completely anonymous since some users don't want other's to know their voting.
If a user wishes to tell you their opinion, then they can still make a post in your thread.

And what's the point in knowing who supports/doesn't support your suggestion? Do you want to try to convince them via PM/Pal Pad if they don't agree with you?
Either way, I don't think that most users would like other's to know about their vote.
