Rules/Info:

1.) No Negative Anything
2.) Only Post for Voting Events
3.) Only Vote Once
4.) Only Post if you are in the licky army
5.) Use the form and password for voting
6.) The passwords for each event are shown in each event's tab
7.) Participants may not vote for themselves
8.) EVERYBODY can opt out of voting
9.) Use the form and password for opting out when opting out
10.) The password for voting and opting out is the same
11.) If you do not vote before the deadline, You will qualify as opting out
