"One moment," Grima said. He charged up a giant Night Daze and caused it to explode right in between Nix and Articuno. Allowing them to hear him for a moment, he said, "That is for using Ice Beam on Bane, and using Giga Impact on me. Oh, and Articuno, please remember that Return doesn't affect Ghost-types the next time you are fighting one." He went back to being impossible to hear and then began to walk towards where he thought the beacon was.
(Let's be Rythim and Ryu for a bit now, okay? ^^)

Rythim sent up more sparks, The red ones standing out against the white snow. She had scaled a tree so the sparks where higher and more prominent.

Ryu followed the beacon made of sparks in hopes of finding Rythim. Night was beginning to fall, so he hoped to find her soon; if he didn't, he would have to either camp out alone or wander the woods in the dark, neither of which would be the best idea.
(Is this extra bit acceptable? "The journey is supposed to take them over a day, so it is recommended that they sleep occasionally as long as they wake up soon enough to win. Those who did not sleep would have a harder time winning battles, since they would be exhausted, and as such, most of the teams are going to be camping out.")

Rythim looked around as she stopped making sparks and just simply allowed her tail light to glow half blue half red.

An odd display of blue and red light seemed to be emanating from a certain spot, making Ryu certain that it was Rythim. He ran as quickly as he could. "HI!" he called.
(Awesome! How about it is two days and two nights? Grima can totally go around using illusions to freak everyone out at night~)

"We should camp out, because it is getting dark," Ryu suggested.

Grima thought for a moment. "Other teams are probably camping out right now. There is something I wish to do; you should rest here while I go. However, before I do, can you think of any scary stories related to forests? Oh, and do not say any that we know to be real, like the tree Pokémon that controls other trees."

"True," Ryu said. "I brought a blanket, though it might be wet as well." He began to rummage through his bag in search of the blanket.

"Is there anything that is more detailed than that?" Grima asked. He didn't want to tell her his plan until after he had done it.

"Nothin i can think of." Bane shrugged.

"Some branches might be dry, Ill see if i can start a fire with some sparks and stuff." Rythim said, Clearing out a space under the shelter of some trees. She pulled some of the little dry wood and attempted to light the fire with her sparks.

"I'll help!" Ryu said. He used Thunder on the wood to create a huge blaze.

Darn... Grima thought. "Can you think of any more details on the ghost story?"

Luka continued to run through the forest, when she hit another person. She looked towards the person she ran into, to find it was Kikki. "Hey stranger," Luka said sarcastically, Kikki brushing snow off her arms.

"It's cold out here," Kikki said, sneezing. "Let's try and make a fire." Luka broke a few branches off of a tree, and lit them with Flamethrower.

"Let's rest here for a little while," Luka suggested.

"Okay! Thank you for telling me. You should get some rest now; there is something I want to do," Grima said. Without waiting for a reply, he dashed away and began to think about how he was going to do this. He obviously couldn't leave them thinking they were in the ground...

Ryu tried to help. "This one seems wet," he said. "That's this pile, right?"

Grima continued to think about his plan while he searched for some of the teams who weren't camping out.
"Really? T-thanks!" Ryu said. He was quite tired, so he was really happy that she was willing to stay up first.

Grima decided to create the illusion that he was invisible if anyone saw him. He then thought more about how to perform the illusion.

Suddenly, a huge wall of thorns shot upwards in between Ryu and Rythim. This woke the Ampharos up. "What just happened?!" he shouted, hoping that Rythim could hear.

(If anyone wants to be the target of Grima's illusion, simply say something about being completely brave and not afraid at all of the dark forest. If anyone wants to help Ryu and Rythim fight the hopefully-obvious-by-now Ghost-type, please say something about hearing a loud noise and going to investigate it. This way, I will know to have Grima or Ryu react to you.)
