It's because you need to have the link end with an image extension (example: .png/.jpg/.jpeg/.gif)

When you see a picture you want just right click and click "Copy image URL". Then use the image code ;)

Hey friends how many times do link in a day?I don't have count but its obviously a thousand I think.and if you want to put any url that consists a link to PH's page only then?WellI have found a shortcut method to link something in PH and it will definitely be easier.EX.

I wnat to give an update to my old codes.
That short inner URL thing works for images also.Like if you want to make an image of dragon type,
then instead of
[img]//staticpokeheroes.com/img/type_icons/dragon.gif[/img]

(result:)
use the following code:

result:
So see image embedding on PH of PH has became easier1

It works for every link around the site, just saying. You can always leave out the "http://pokeheroes.com/" part of the link.
