(I like to keep it retro)
"What now", said Cy replacing the pokeball on his belt. He then pressed the Wish Captor to change back to normal.

"Travel around the region, collecting badges, some of the gym leaders are still here" Amaria said through telepathy

Carmell Bella woke up with a frown on her face. “what in the name of Arcoos just happened? I better brush my teeth after that wild dream-“ she looks up and sees the Wish Captor. “Wait. Did my mom sneak in to give me a gift or what?” She touched it, and a blinding light stopped her from seeing entirely. When she finally managed to be able to see, she saw a Lapras stare at her. She (the lapras) looked relatively confused, looking at Carmell Bella with sparkling eyes. “And who might you be?” Carmell Bella inquired. The lapras suddenly starts to bring its head towards her shoulder as she slowly regains her sight.

And that’s where Carmell Bella’s adventure in the Halena region began.

Waking up to a Lapras.

“what a wild day I’m already having,” she thought to herself.

(I woke up and what did I see? A crystal and a Lapras staring at me! XD)

“Congrats, Cy!” Aria smiled at him. Cherish barked in excitement, her tail wagging. Aria then turned to Amaria. “Where can we find the gym leaders?” She asked. She would rarger bot just run around looking for gyms.

"There's one in Pyoella Town and one in Madera Town too, I haven't explored past it since the Firey forrest is there, it was a battleground for Lugia and Ho-oh so the flames are everlasting and the wind made it stronger... be careful if you're to make it there..."

Aria nodded thoughtfully. Everlasting flames... She vaguely recalled a Chinese legend of seawater putting out eternal fire, but it probably didn’t apply here. “Is that all the gym leaders? How many are there in total?” She asked Amaria, hoping she wasn’t boring the Human-turned-Absol.

“Okay, so I guess we can challenge them in any order... Any idea where the other 3 are, or where we can get directions to them?” Aria really didn’t want it to turn out that something was unclear and she had to come back.

“What types are they? I need to get a partner to train Poet with, all he knows is Teleport. I was hoping to get Pokémon effective against these gym leaders.” Carter tried to stay hopeful for Poet, but the sensitive Pokémon felt hurt by his words.

"The types are flying, psychic, normal, fighting and electric, poison, grass, fire, dragon and ice. The last 3 gym leaders suddenly retired so I have no idea where they are so I can't help you on that...." Amaria sighed

Carter stood in thought for a moment, the types running through his mind over and over again. “Ice, Dark, Fighting, Ground, Fire. Those are the Pokémon I shall find.” He muttered at last, touching the Pokeballs on his side, he dipped his head to Amaria and walked out of the lab.

“Ok...” Aria nodded. In that case, she’ll need to go catch some pokemon other than Cherish. “Well, I’ll be off then. Bye!” She waved goodbye to the others, pulled out a map and began looking for Pyoella Town. She’d picked it up during her flight. Finding the right direction, Aria set off, turning back to her normal human form as she went.

Title: The adventure begins!

As the group walked out of the old lab, they found the water to be filled with waste and rubbish, the most notable thing in the water was that it was a brownish colour with bits of purple within

“I say we don’t touch that. It looks dangerous.” Carter warned the group before wandering to a patch of grass behind some trees. He looked around the grass, hoping to see a rock or electric Pokémon.

Aria spotted a ripple in the water and stepped up to it, not hearing Carter. A Feebas came swimming over, eyeing her. “Hi there!” Aria smiled. “I’m Aria. Doing some stuff that involves saving the world! Would you care to join me?” Feebas gave her an intrigued glance. Aria held out a pokeball to her and gently booped her on the head.

Aria let out the Feebas. “I think I’ll call you Myra.” She decided on the first vaguely feminine Milotic-like name. “I’ll have to keep you in the pokeball for now, since we’re travelling over land.” She told Myra. She nodded, visibly fine with it. Aria returned Myra and began walking away.

Knowing that Poet couldn’t take it on, he bent down to the small bug. “Hey little buddy, do you know where any Aron, Oricorio or Dwebble live?” Carter asked softly, Poet backing away from the Sewaddle in fear.

Carter smiled, rummaging in his bag and pulling out a Pecha berry for her. He stood up, beckoning Poet with a wave of his hand in the direction of the string. Pushing the bushes aside so they could both step through, he found himself at another patch of grass. He squinted, looking carefully at the grass.
