May didn’t feel the apple hit her, she just sat there, trying to ease the pain. She didn’t want her to come back. It was way too risky

This was bad... If something went wrong, everyone around her was at risk. She could now get out and go wild, something she needed to avoid right now... If this wasn’t happening, she would be overjoyed

She slowly shook her head, keeping it buried in her legs. She was trying the best she could but it was impossible. Nothing she was doing was working. The only way to stop her pain was to... No, she couldn’t think like that.
