Alex stirred waking up slowly "ugh.... my head.... what happened...."
he sat up rubbing his head still slightly dazed "where.... am I?.."
he took his hood off and rubbed his hair into his eyes

Loparu had woken up early. He didn't enjoy sleeping in, and was actually a morning person. He stood up ans stretched. "Oh, youre finally awake Alex! You're in the back room of the temple. The helmet is safe." He paused, and rubbed the back of his neck. "Sorry... I probably should've done better. The criminal knocked you out..."

John is still in his elephant form. Well, so much for exploring the desert for another oasis. He sees a tiger sleeping by him. He doesn’t mind. He just sits in front of the temple, staring at the sky. Speaking of the sky, he should probably check on that eagle he found earlier. He goes human, enters the temple, then changes back to an elephant and walks through.

Usually Akira would sleep until 8 o'clock, but today something compelled her to wake up earlier than usual. She didn't know what but it made her feel energetic, she decided to shave off some of that excess energy. Going on a walk around the wall would be sure to make her tired. So she shifted into her human form, and headed out side the wall.

Loparu paused. "Hmmmm just a night. We brought you here cause the monks were trying to heal you faster. Suren's here too," He pointed at Suren, still sleeping soundly. "Speaking of healing monks..." Loparu got up and looked at his surroundings. The murals glistened with orange and pink light from the sunrise hitting it through the window. Loparu looked to the side. Where the eagle had been laying was another boy with hair the colour of it's golden feathers and an eagle tail. He smiled. It was a werecreature! "Oh yeah, an elephant (probably a wereelephant) found an injured eagle in the desert... guess he turned into a human in his sleep."

"oh... " he paused "well hey atleast you helped someone! I'm kinda a lost cause myself haha.." he giggled shyly he didn't seem as nervous around you anymore , he was speaking much louder than he normally would

John, realizing he was too big, decided to not go into the temple but rather to wait outside of it. He sits on the floor outside the temple. He sighs. Maybe he should leave.

"How are you feeling?" Loparu asked, a little concerned. The criminal had hit Alex pretty hard, so Loparu was worried about him. He was also worried about the eagle, but he'd deal with him when he woke up.

Alex was acting more upbeat than usual, but maybe it was the long rest? Loparu decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. Out of the corner of his eye, Loparu saw something move. He whipped around to see it. The eagle boy (he looked, maybe 16? 17?) has got on his knees and woken up, promptly falling off of the bench the pillow he was laid on was on. "You ok?" Loparu asked him. "Yeah.... where am I?" He asked. "I'm Loparu! You're in the temple in the Viper Pit," He answered. Loparu decided to include the name of the city, in case he was from another town, somehow. He looked unfamiliar. "The... Viper Pit?" He responded.

"I'm probably gonna head out and grab a drink from the tavern-" he took out his money pouch and checked to see how much he had left "oh ouch I'm running out-...." he yawned "I should... do some more jobs from the board I guess.. but I doubt there's gonna be any of the ones I can do "

Akira was still running around the wall, she was already starting to get tired. She thought of how she could go all the way around, then she shifted into her tiger form and ran as fast as she could. It was much easier to run as a tiger, they had longer legs, and a lot more stamina. Soon she came to the half way point, then she kept running until she got to the entrance. By then even her tiger form was tired, she went inside the wall as a tiger, because by now if she changed into a human she wouldn't be able to move. She retreated to the front of her house and rested.

Loparu handed Alex 10 golds. "That should be plenty," He responded. He turned back to the eagle boy. "Yeah, the Viper's Pit! Are you from here?" The boy paused, trying to think of what to say. "Not really... well, no. I'm from... another town in the desert. Like this one, but smaller." "Really? Another town?" Loparu was surprised. "So it is possible to cross the desert... with wings and insane luck I guess." He laughed. "What's your name?" The boy paused again. "I... have a lot of names, nicknames I guess. Just call me... A." Loparu nodded. "Ok -A!" (srry for the pun XD). Loparu paused. "I'm gonna write a note to Suren, then I'll show you around the town, okay?" A nodded.
Loparu got out his pen and paper and scribbled out a messy note:

"Hey Suren! Remember the eagle last night? Well he's a werecreature named A and he's from another town! How crazy is that? Anyway, Alex is okay, he went out to get a drink and I'm gonna give A a tour of the Pit. I'll see you in a bit!" ~ Loparu

Satisfied with his writing, he gestured to A. "Lets follow Alex for now, I'll show you around!"

John decides to go away from the temple before anyone comes out. He then walks slowly like an elephant would to the Tavern, wanting to get a drink. He just walks, ignoring the stares at him from the other townspeople.

"Sure." Loparu smiles at him. "Lets go!" As they walk through the streets of town, A seems looked eyes wide in awe at the town's buildings. "You good, A?" Loparu asks. "Sorry, it's just... a lot bigger." He nods. They approach the tavern and walk inside. Valto is already up to greet them. "First customers!" He smiles. "What can I get you?" "A water and..." He pauses. "What do you guys want?" He asks Alex and A. A thinks... "Just another water."

Relieved that Alex was okay, Chandi left the healing place where Alex was recovering and decided to head to the tavern before her next shift was about to begin, "I must focus on the work that I have to do, because I want to make sure that I will be the hardest worker at the tavern", Chandi said as she headed to the tavern.

John gets to the Tavern and changes into his human form right in the doorway and sits down at a table. He sighs. It had been a busy day today and yesterday. He needed more money so he decided to sell some of his tools earlier. He also had to figure out how much the land costs.

he let out a small yawn and put the payment on the counter
