Suddenly a shadow appeared overhead. Reye cracked an eye open as
whatever it was blocked out the light, and the warmth. The flower
on her ear darkened and she went back into land form. She stood up,
awake now, and turned her nose to the air. She screamed.
Spiri got up, hearing the noise, and got into battle position.
Andriobe was awoken by the scream. What was that for? He looked
above him and quickly stood up. He stumbled a bit because he was so
weak, but he managed to keep a good balance. “What in the
world....”
What looked like a black lugia was in the sky, a human on its back
. "Lucky find!" Called the man's voice. The shadow creature used a
sort of shadowy hyper beam.
Andriobe thought YT was best to do long-distance moves so he
wouldn’t get captured. Why was life so unfair... He used Thunder on
the Lugia, unable to control if it hit the rider or not.
He looked at Reye and smiled a bit. It was nice to see someone
trying to help him, or even care about him. He carefully walked
over to the trees and jumped onto a thick branch. He made sure it
was a tree that let a lot of sunlight in through the leaves. He sat
on the branch and closed his eyes, thankful that Reye was doing
what they did. He didn’t even know her name, or what they looked
like if they were human. Was he the only one?
The dark shadow overhead and the roaring caught his attention. He
opened his eyes and sat up on the branch. Not again... He
couldn’t fight anymore, he just couldn’t.
