Chronical's voice had sounded shaky over the phone. He didnt call for long all he said was "Something is wrong, Delta, he..I...we were just playing a game and he collapsed. He is breathing, but he is barely holding consciousness. I dont know what to do! Please help!"
He was now pacing the room, panicking. Delta was lay in a chair with a blanket over him

Angell nodded, and opened a Portal. She was quick dialing as she walked though “Sans. Watch over the kids. I have something to take care off....... Yes you can help yourself to the ketchup. See ya” She hangs up. She faces Chronical “Do you have any idea at all what happened? Did you try healing spells?”

Gaster came through a portal from the void. He had some scratches but nothing major.

"I've tried every thing I can, he just wont get better." He speed walked over to Delta.
The young boy looked lifeless and felt cold as he snuggled in the chair, his eyes were dull and and his skin somehow looked pale.
"Hey little buddy, you think you can tell your friends what you told me when you woke up?"
Delta nodded feebly "I could see someone fighting me, but it wasn't me they were fighting. It was someone...looking for me. They felt so familiar, like I knew them. But the only people I know....is you guys."

You delve into the boys mind, and saw someone fighting you. Or well, not you. It was unclear who was fighting whoever you were but they dashed forward and slit the persons cheek. You were forced out before you can see anymore. A scar appeared on Deltas cheek
