Kratos grabbed Crine and threw him away:

He was then hit by Leaf Blade, cutting his arm. The blood was black and purple.

Crine manages to "land" (tech, if you know what that means in smash bros.) on a wall so that he wouldn't be hurt by crashing into it, then jump off it and back towards the group.
