The cat jumps off of monokuma's head and lands ontop of nagito's head, hissing at Monokuma.

Meiji giggled upon seeing Nagito with the cat on his head, "Maybe it likes you!" She wanted to reach out and let the cat sniff her hand, but she was too timid. Instead, she just watched as the cat tried to balance itself on Nagito's head.

Once the cat has gotten it's balance, it messes with his hair.

"Yeah, I would say Fluffles likes you. That, or she is playing cute to attack just like what she did with Monokuma earlier. But I don't think its the latter." Bakura says and smiles

The cat tries to escape, only to get really stuck in his hair. Probably pulled some as well, but that'll be nagito's choice to decided if that happens.
