Alright, so first thing.
You had a lot of confusing things on your form. So I just went with what I thought.
Second, I could not for the life of my understand what you wanted for the background.
If you wanted the same as Kits, then I did that. But if you wanted it a different color then that's something I can't do. Not my GIF, I didn't color it on the first place.
But if there's anything you want changed, just ask and I can do that real quick~
If you want the background to be totally different,
I suggest looking at this page and telling me what you like best~

Pokemon: Shiny/Alternate Gengar
What You Want: A sprite of Beauregarde (his real design :>)
Details/Ref. Image: Beauregarde is a slightly strange shiny Gengar. He's slightly taller and thinner than a normal Gengar. He is more gray than a normal shiny Gengar, but still slightly purple, and a little darker in shade. He has an annoyed/disappointed/irritated expression pretty much all the time (think classic Gengar smile but upside down and smaller, the line on the bottom might be straight instead of curved). And his eyes are white, like a classic Red/Blue version Gengar).
