You would have to level it up next to a cliff or on a moutain and it will say 'eevee wants to evolve,let it jump?' If you put yes eevee will jump off and fly back up as caelieon(caeli is Latin for air)

Here's how it works!
For every Flying Gem added to the Donation Pool: 2 tickets
For every other gem added: 1 ticket
For every 10k PD added to the Donation Pool: 20 tickets

What main bird deserves a Mega?
Pidgeot, Staraptor, Unfezant, Talonflame, Toucannon

I'd probably say Toucannon, as it's most relevant to recent games... If they ever make a Sinnoh Remake, I'd think Staraptor though.
