"Quick question. Can I pet her?" Lyra asked curiously, nodding to Azamra. "Or is that a no-no sorry of thing?" She shook herself. "So the ancients.. Are orbs?"

"Wait, really?" Lyra's eyes lit up excitedly. She approached Azamra and held out her hand cautiously, letting the dragon decide. "Do they have powers? Or are they alive in those orbs? They're really pretty."

Lyra smiled and pat the dragon's head gently. She glanced at Zoe for a moment. "Wait, they're alive? How? Are their spirits stuck in the orb or something?" She asked curiously.

Black leaned over to whisper in Kaili's ear. "Basically her name is Zoe and she is the protector of the ancients. The black one has powers over death, white has powers over life, and the black and white one has powers over both." She explained before straightening. "Question, what are you protecting the ancients from?"
