"Oh, of course not, I didnt have a death wish. Was almost recruited to be a medic, felt dishonest though. Let's get Jerry then, I'll keep you safe and going." Axel nodded, twirling his staff behind his back. It reminded him of his time in colour guard in high school. He could practically remember the movements, butterfly, followed by a dropspin. He snapped himself out of it before he tossed his staff up in the air.

The said kids shifted where they stood.They had to admit the arguing sounded a lot like people arguing over who was right.Gosh this feels a lot like when mum was still alive and arguing with father.Dylan thought to himself.

"Good. Who saw Jerry last? Where was he heading off too?" Axel asked. He was glad to have help. He wished his powers were more attack based, not requiring him to stay back and wait for people to be injured. "Matt, dont consider me the majority, I dont want your help or protection at this point."

Axel grabbed his wrist and stared into his eyes. "You can do it." He said, putting intent into his words. He'd never tried to boost someones confidence with his powers, but figured it not much different then calming people, just a different emotion.

"He nodded grabbing both slowly walking through as the strain appeared on his face. A moment later he let go of the other man from strain. The man who was now solid let out a scream as zombies began eating him.

"NO!" Axel shouted, trying to reach out to the other man, his powers visibly sparking at his finger tips, boosting the phasing man and failing to reach the dying man. "I shouldnt, I shouldnt have suggested this." Axel mumbled, his face crumpling with despair.

The man continued with Axel before seeing a closed coffin. Opening it Jerry growled. "Close it. The zombie blood makes perfect camouflage."

"Cause this is the third boss fight. We aren't meant to win now." Matt explained before a zombie knocked him to the ground trying to get him. Matt grunted hoisting it up realizing his swords were knocked aside. Great. This was going to be gross. Using all his force he ripped off the zombies lower jaw. "Hey some one. Sword please."
