Andromeda watched, fascinated by the ritual of trick r treating. “
Aren’t people afraid of just opening their door to every stranger?”
She asked anyone in particular. “ and you trust this junk food?”
Lucia grabbed a handful of candy before sprinting down the steps
and away from the house, cackling. She held up at least fifteen
mini white chocolate bars. "VICTORY IS MINE!" She laughed, before
throwing a lollipop at Kanti. She turned to Andromeda with a grin.
"Of course they aren't afraid. It's a holiday! And we check the
food before eating it. If the wrapper is opened, don't eat it. If
the wrapper has holes, don't eat it." She explained cheerfully.
Andromeda shrugged, “ The whole situation seems absurd to me,” she
said, following the others while walking beside Kat. She had kept
her wolf’s ears as well as her teeth, figuring people would think
she was in costume. She wanted the enhanced sense of smell and
hearing.
Kanti caught the lollipop and got up, out of the bush. She ate the
rest of the snickers bar before replying: "The humans have one
advantage: they can eat chocolate. Most importantly, CANDY.
Make the most of it."
"If I die, tell my story. I died doing what I love." Lucia called,
unwrapping a small white chocolate bar and popping it into her
mouth before sprinting to the next house.
Andromeda's ears were perked in the direction of the scream, " Is
that not a normal occurrence? It seems like things are meant to
look 'spooky' out here," She didn't like this situation at all.
Yukio walked over and froze as he saw a wolf, not someone in a
mask, but an actual hunter. The animal was howling and running at a
group of kids. "And this is why we have a bad name" Kat growled
lowly and sighed. He then ran at the wolf, and tried to draw it
away from the children.
