The Rings of Kirona RP
Forum-Index → Roleplay → The Rings of Kirona RPJade slowly started laughing, her voice distorted "Mama's home.~" She laughed as she lifted her head, all traces of what was supposed to be Jade was gone.
[dang! that was long]
"Phew." he sighed heavily and took a moment to enjoy the view of the nature around him whilst catching his breath. He had gone uphill for a while. He'd even seen bear tracks, but he knew this trail so well that he simply found them to be a common occurrence. He'd never actually seen one before. A black feather fell from the sky as soon as he walked from under the tree, a huge shadow having encompassed him with a great speed overhead. He whipped around, startled, only to see an eagle perched on top of a branch about twice his height above him. The eagle was massive, and frighteningly so, enough to frighten an eighteen year old, 5'11'' man. He immediately averted his bright-hued eyes, hoping avoiding direct eye contact would allow him to continue going without a fuss. As soon as his eyes fell away from the great predator, however, it screeched menacingly with eyes darted right at the man, forcing him to hesitate and stare back in shock. Its mighty wings rose high and in great width; the bird of prey took to the skies and dove straight for him, too quick for Byron to react.
"Ugh!" he managed as the eagle threw a great, brute force right into him, before continuing on with powerful flaps to gain height and make its leave. The man, dazed and in great but temporary pain, squinted his eyes firmly shut as he dizzily attempted to push himself up. He fell flat once again, however, having lost air from his lungs. It wasn't the first time this happened to him, knowing to keep calm and do his best to breathe slow. Looking to his left, then his right, brows furrowed in confusion at something silvery behind his pinky. He lifted his hand, revealing a brightly shining object that his eyes were troubling to focus on. He regained much needed oxygen, head pounding from impacting the dry dirt beneath him, and slowly reached for it. As soon as he touched it, he swear he heard the eagle's cry again, distant yet powerful. Thankfully the backpack took the brunt of the fall, his back not terribly bruised as he sat up and returned to the tree to examine his peculiar find. "What is this...?" he whispered to himself, dusting off the ring-part of the jewelry under the predominant head of an eagle well-scuptured, bright and certainly high-quality.
The man would return to town after dusting off the dirt, the ring being idly played with his fingers as he thoroughly thought out what just happened. It was the most odd thing he'd ever encountered in his life. He wondered who to go to about it- his friends wouldn't believe him in the slightest. Without thinking much of it, Byron Manning decided to slip the ring onto his right middle finger, testing whether or not it fit- and it did. He swore he'd seen the eagle's eyes shine upon donning the item, but perhaps it was the lighting of the Sun suddenly coming into view from the clouds up ahead. He was certainly imagining things. Speaking of imagination- something black and bearing wings was just in view of the park ahead of him. He squinted his eyes hard to try and find detail, hoping it was just a new toy for the park, but no, it was animated. He picked up his cellphone from his pocket right then, wondering if he should call police. Wait- would the police even believe him? They'd probably detain him at the very least with suspicion he was on drugs. In total disbelief, he ran for the park, seeing two people in danger of this... thing.
(I promise that anytime he uses his ring's power that it will have high consequences on his energy. :3 It'll take him a long time to understand it, too. The last paragraph is the only important bit.)
Firon stared, calmly. "Take off the ring," He cooed, approaching the dragon slowly. "Please. Before it takes over completely."
Mira backed up, eyes wide. "J-Jade..." She stuttered, and quickly texted Penta.

Leon saw the text and took off our o the shop. He made it to where Skyler is and gasped.
Firon's gaze hardened. "I had to hide those rings. Take it off. Now."
"Firon, EXPLANATION. PLEASE," Mira called, but he shook his head.

Having heard the dragon's voice upon approaching the two victims, he eyed the man who appeared to be defending Mira. "Firon?" he asked, attempting to put together that the dragon was referring to this man. "You trying to be a dragon whisperer or something?" he questioned with immediate doubtfulness, though it would certainly help the situation. The man mentioned dropping the ring, which reminded him of his own, eyes widening in surprise. Did a ring do this? This brought immediate conflict in his thoughts, staring at his own ring for a second.
"Y-Yeah... My friend Penta..." She shook her head. "What happened to Jade?"
"The ring took over. That is that ring's power--dragon. I made it. I made all of the rings you and your friends have found."

Skyler gulped, "I have one" she said.
(Lol, just making it known my ring too is rather angry, but he won't actually attack Firon.)
Although Penta sent that, he was still considering it. That's impossible but even the impossible can be true. For now, i'll look it up, he got up and went to his computers, searching up anything about it. "Nothing... no, what is this?" he said as he searched around the internet for the image but still saw nothing.
Ryan was in a graveyard, right next to the gravestone of his grandpa. He had a few flowers with him, and teared up a little. As he placed the bouquet of flowers on it, he noticed something shining. A ring.
He picked it up. A ring? he thought. it has a ghost in it? Wait. I can't take it, it would be grave robbing.
But grandpa didn't use these things. Someone has left it while walking near here.
But nobody of our family wears these things, and no one would visit him, sadly.
Well, finders keepers! It also would't be grave robbing! He began to discuss against himself. In the end, he placed it on his finger. At the same time he thought it would't be bad to get it, deep down he knew it was theft. And he really didn't wan't to appear in public as a theft. And it ends up that he doesn't appears anymore. Literally.
"Y-Yes..." Mira nodded, looking at her ring with a new importance.
(Jade let her ring take over and attacked Firon)

Skyler stared down at her ring and gulped.
