He jumped into his car, with darkened windows. For longer drives like this one, he preferred to stay concealed, as literally anyone could look in if they wanted to.
He sped off, going over the speed limit, knowing the heroes would take that more of a GPD job.
(Have you guys ever noticed that when heroes/villains do this kind of stuff they almost never crash into another car? It's like they're the best drivers EVER.)

He got out and walked to an old building that was maybe once a motel, long since abandoned. It was decrepit and weather-torn, but standing nonetheless. As he walked in, he was greeted by a goon that he almost ignored, before heading to a large computer. It wasn't a supercomputer per-say, but rather an advanced computer. Fast.

Beck woke up, his lean chest heaving with adrenaline. The musk of frightened sweat settled around his room. He hated having that dream, and no matter how many times he had meditated or attempted to have a lucid dream, it always came back. Beck muttered a few choice words before getting out of bed, checking his texts. He had two messages - one from the Joker, and one from... his mother? What? Why? His mother hadn't spoken to him in a little while. He opened it after seeing that the Joker had deposited the promised $500,000 for breaking him out of Arkham Asylum.

The blonde groaned, knowing that he would have a huge mess to clean up. And 'huge' was no understatement. Piles of books, boxes, and clothes littered nearly every square foot of his home. One couldn't hope to walk in a straight line without tripping. A puddle of vomit from last night lay rancid. Beck gave a large sigh in hopes that he would fall into the sigh and not have to clean up. But that didn't work. Reluctantly, the young man pulled out a trash bag and got to work.
"My greetings, Joker. I must inform you that the death of the Batman hasn't stopped new superheroes from rising up. I want to make two deals. You can use my army, because surprise, I control Germany. But I get to fight too. And you can take how many money you want, but I need to make contact with Scarecrow, if he is still alive."
