"Well, my species is being hunted by the Mina. I'm pretty sure the
Tiran and Frene are also hunting some other species. We're not
entirely sure why yet." Red replies.
Mira nodded. "So... What can we do to help? If we can, that is,"
She asked, the hair standing up on the back of her neck for no
reason she could think of.
"So you never thought what you had was weird? You clearly always
knew he was real; did you ever question why no one else saw him?"
Mira glanced at Red as she asked.
"At first, yeah. But I learned to stop talking about it to avoid
being called crazy. I got answers to stuff a little after that,
when I learned they talked." Lyn replies.
"Apparently it's something you're born with. A genetic factor,
usually skipping generations. It makes you more connected to the
universe, therefore allowing you to see the creatures that are
hidden by their connection to the universe." Lyn replies.
"I want to help too but, I have a few questions," Mako seemed
agitated that he didn't know this stuff "like how the "genetic
factor" started in the first place"
"I dont know how it started in the first place. It just did. Some
mutation or something. And you can help by learning. Eventually,
one day, the Alia won't be able to stay hidden, and the humans will
discover them. If we can learn about them, we can convince to
humans not to panic." Lyn says.
Nova was standing in a corner, noting everything down for future
reference. "Ok, let me get this straight. So there's some sort of
intergalactic battle going in in the Alia's world and you want
us, the "crazy" kids to help you solve it? I'm sorry, I just
have to get this right in my mind." She apologised, slightly
confused.
