Elvira paddled herself around and headed back for Roxy, standing up as she got close. "That was amazing!" She laughed as she hugged her girlfriend. "Do you think we could go out deeper?"

Roxy hugged her close, nodding. "Of course! Whatever you feel up to, let's go for it. If we go out to just past where you can't touch, we can try treading water. That's where you stay in one place and kick your legs and move your arms to stay afloat. Or alternately, you could just let the water keep you up."

"Let's do it then!" Elvira let go only to wade out a bit further before she started paddling again. Then she tried treading water, and did pretty well with that.

Roxy watched her, beaming proudly. She was beyond happy for her. Shifting herself a mermaid tail, one that was more electric eel then the classic tail. Swimming over, she tread water next to her as well. "May I come closer? Hold you?" she asked. "I've got a tail, so don't worry if something brushes your leg. It's just me."

Elvira smiled over at Roxy and nodded. "Yes, yes please, I'd love that," If she wasn't working to keep herself afloat she'd've been on cloud nine. "As long as it's you brushing against my leg I don't mind,"

Roxy smiled, moving closer. Her hands landed on El's waist, tail brushing against her legs as they treaded the same water. "Hey," she whispered, gazing into her eyes.

"Hey," Elvira whispered back, her bright blue eyes almost glowing in the light from the full moon. She didn't dare stop moving her arms since she didn't want to drag Roxy down should she start to sink.

Roxy's smile grew as she leaned in to kiss her. "If you need a break, just grab onto me. I'll always be here," she said, enjoying the moment. Elvira was swimming, a fast learner, for sure, and she got to be there.

Elvira very happily returned the kiss before breaking to give Roxy a heads up that she was going to stop treading before she wrapped her arms around Roxy's shoulders to hold them close. She loved Roxy's teaching methods and how she wasn't pushed to try anything, just encouraged.

"How are you doing? Okay? Not too tired? Not scared off?" Roxy asked, holding onto Elvira as she kept them both afloat. "You look like you're doing awesome. Definitely a fast learner but I suspected that."

The blonde moaned, leaning into those kisses. "Maybe once or twice," she replied breathily. "It is really nice to hear though...I wanted you to hear me. Wanted to know I hadn't left, that I was right there, fighting and cheering for you."

"That we do," Elvira smiled and hugged Roxy tightly. The two would enjoy each other's company under the moonlight for a while to come.

"So, what did you think?" Angel asked Nat as they exited the theater. "It was funny," Nat giggled as she recounted bits and pieces of the movie that made her laugh. "I'm glad you liked it!"

He watched them, dumbstruck from the shadows. They were...but he didn't know about that. Shaking his head, the young boy trailed after the girls, using his size to hide and keep from being noticed by the general public.
