Nat tilted her head and glanced at the image and then back to them as she closed the book and held it by her side. "You've faced off against it? What happened?"

Elvira's gut twisted and her jaw clenched. She pulled Roxy into a firm hug. "Oh babe, I'm so sorry..." She whispered softly as she placed kisses along her cheek. "And yeah, a really good reason would be needed..."

""Well...I was minding my business, going about things as usual while this one," Teddy hooked a thumb at Billy. "Was doing sorcerer supreme training. Suddenly, he comes jumping through a interdemensional doorway and closes it in a hurry. He couldn't stop the faster ones from getting in. Why he didn't go to a forest is beyond me." "I came to you because I knew we could handle it together. And it was only from another planet. Not another dimension. But yes, I closed the door too slowly," Billy sighed. "It landed on me and tried to bite my head off. Thankfully I can find armor pretty fast. My own skin thicken and I managed to get a hold of it. He opened another door above the others and I tossed it through. Later he told me about the task he had been given, Teddy replied, patting Billy's hand. "I was suppose to outrun them, retrieve an artifact and return home. I managed most. My magic was the my trump card," Billy shrugged.

Roxy kissed her back, shaking off the memory. "It lead me to you. That is the only way I can think of it."

Nat's eyes were wide as she listened and she shook her head. "You won't need your magic with me. I won't attack you or try to bite your head off." She smiled broadly.

"And the only way I could think of it either... But still, I would rather you haven't had to go through it..." Elvira took a deep breath and kissed her once more. "We should get going."

The pair hugged her and Danny with a smile on their faces. "We had a feeling, honey. You are Nat, our daughter. Not one of the wild, very stunning and beautiful but deadly creatures. Although, you are both beautiful and deadly. Just have a bit more familiarity with us. And a lot less desire to attack us," Teddy told her affectionately.

Roxy nodded, motioning for Angel and Sebastian to follow her and Elvira to the other four. "Dad? Would you mind bringing us to the field?" She asked.

"Sure!" Billy replied, making sure the gang was close so that they could teleport in as small a bubble of magic as possible. In a moment, they were on their practice field.

Nat blushed a little at the complement, but it was gone once they got to their field. She would wait until the group had opened up a little bit before she shifted. She didn't want to crush anyone, unless it was a hug, and even then she didn't want to cause anyone pain.

Elvira stretched once they arrived and cracked her neck. "Okay, so, we're here to practice and make a plan. Which are we going to do first?"

Angel let her wings spread out behind her once the setting suns' rays hit her face.

"Little bit of both? We can always add nore to a plan as we practice. Nat and I had an idea," Danny spoke up. "I also think it would be a good idea to strike now when he is healing from the bite."

Roxy listened, intrigued. "What is your idea?" She asked, shifting herself some height and muscles. She guessed she could attempt a sneak attack by shrinking way down and being teleported by Danny or Billy.

Sebastian couldn't help himself and stroked a hand over Angel's feathers. He was gentle, his touch a whisper.

"If he's not already dead!" Nat added, quite hopeful in the idea. She would let Danny voice the idea since he had already gotten everyone's attention.

Elvira nodded as Danny had made the suggestion, and then again when Nat spoke up. She quite enjoyed having the positivity from the two youths, and honestly found the two of them absolutely adorable when they worked together.

Angel jumped slightly at the gentle touch, but once the surprise was over, she found herself leaning into his touch. Her wings, much like his gills, were very sensitive, and unused to being touched.

Danny nodded. "If he isn't dead already," he agreed. "Nat and I found a reptile who is fast, strong and pretty deadly. If she can distract him, then we stand the chance of killing him."

"That is pretty good," Roxy said, cocking her head. "I wonder if I can help be a distraction and use that form too. Then he has to figure out who is who."

Sebastian smirked, kissing one of them before wrapping his arms around her waist.

"That's a great idea Roxy!" Nat nodded.

"And if I can get something to block his powers, then he would definitely be dead, if he isn't already." Elvira added. She was worried about the whole thing. No one knew how many goons he had under his control, and how many of them had powers, and what their powers were.

Angel listened as best as she could, but Sebastian kissing her wing made her totally lose it. She slid her hands over his and moved her wings so he was sandwiched between them. "And bear in mind that as long as I can still walk, fly or crawl, I can and will get to you."

Danny nodded enthusiastically. "How do we find him? Can we manage to fight with just him? What if I teleported him to a set location? Billy could get the rest of the group at the same time? Then he would be alone.we wouldn't have his creepy men there."

"I could probably do you one better and summon him to us with magic while we are somewhere of out choosing," Billy offered.

Roxy mused, thinking the idea through. It seemed pretty doable to her.

Sebastian grinned, waiting to be released. Listening to the others, he paused in his search. "Our Healer needs to be protected. I could be the protector. I can help Angel with getting grabbing men and getting to someone who needs her help."

"That would be better if he was fighting us alone. He can only focus on so many minds at once, and he can't get into mine at all." Nat nodded.

"I think these are all perfect ideas, and honestly using all of them would be good. With the exception of Angel not having one of his goons to give the injuries to. However, she could spread them out among all of us, and if she can get to him, she can give them to Alex himself." Elvira hoped that no one would get hurt in this endeavor, but there was always the chance.

Angel kept a gentle hold of his hands and let her wings part so he could speak easier. She nodded and agreed with everything that was said.

"Good point! How many minds can he handle at once? If we hold him still, even if someone is hurt, we have him in place. I can yank any weapons off of his person too. That way he has nothing to hurt us with besides his fists, feet and nails. But he won't get in enough hits," Danny said.

"I think they all would be good. And Teddy and I can try to be close by so we can take on injuries as well," Roxy offered.

Sebastian nodded, kissing Angel again.

"I don't really know... Most of what I saw was just influencing minds rather than actual control, but they were weak minds. Very weak minds." Nat shook her head. "If I can get close I can get him with some venom again! Or maybe a couple different kinds of venom all at once... You know how they milk snakes right? Well, I could provide several different varieties and somehow give it to him..." She would not be handling a needle. She would never go near one for as long as she could.

"I can take my fair share until you two heal so Angel doesn't have to try and keep healing so she doesn't get tired out." Elvira looked over at Nat and realized that that was brilliant.

Angel smiled and attempted to kiss him in return.

"Well, he no longer has Billy and I under his spell. He could get in a few more people. As for that venom, what about a couple of different venom types that when used together, snowball? That act with each other to become more potent and deadly? Anything that may counteract each other is out," Teddy pipped in, obviously proud of Nat's wit.

"Isn't there anything that could be given by touch? Or perhaps some sort of acid you could spit on him as well?" Danny suggested. "Give you a bit of distance and then you never have to actually bite him. He is unclean, in my opinion. Just want to save you from having to put anymore arrogant jerk in your mouth then nessicary."

Roxy smiled, nodding along with Danny's idea. "I could take out his legs while Nat gets close enough to bite him. Or vice versa."

"I've got rather potent venom. I mean, it takes a few bites but in theory, I could take on a megaldon with it. Certainly works on giant squid and grey whales," Sebastian shrugged. "But then I am less reptile and more fish..."

"Well, most kinds of venom put together wouldn't do much to counteract one another, with the exception of the clotting factors being messed with. Taipan venom clots blood, whereas another kind makes it not clot so you'd bleed out. Other than that aspect there isn't much that would cancel each other out." Nat was already thinking about which kinds of venom to put together. "Sebastian, what if we combined your venom with mine?" She looked over to Danny. "I don't know of any shape that I have that spits acid, except for maybe the spitting cobra, but again, that's venom, but it blinds the victim if it gets in their eyes."

"Bear in mind that I'll be working on something for us that will dampen his powers. Also, we can put the concoction of venom in some sort of syringe or something else to deliver it, that way you two don't have to taste him." Elvira shuddered, not liking the idea of having to touch the man let alone bite him.

Angel lightly kissed Sebastian's cheek, happy that things were coming together. She knew her role, and planned to stay close to everyone so as to be able to heal when needed.

Danny reached over to pat Nat's arm. "If it is in a syringe, I can stab him with it. You don't have to worry about being close to needles again, Nat."

"...I wonder..." Roxy paused, thinking back to comics. "Okay....what if we found a power dampening collar?" She asked. "The ones used to take away mutant powers? If he is mutant. It works on meta humans in general. That would wipe out his power. Could you make something like that, El?"

Sebastian thought over combining their venoms. "We could. I would certainly not like to be caught with that in my system but yes. That would definitely kill him."

Nat put her hand on his and nodded. "Thank you Danny..."

Elvira paused and thought seriously about the idea and the combination of the sound waves. "Yeah... Yeah, I think I could. I might be able to talk to Stark and see if he had any schematics for any... Maybe I shouldn't get him involved..."

"As long as none of you guys get hit with it... I don't have much experience with poisons or venom..."

"You're welcome," Danny said, pulling her into a hug. He'd grown since he had joined them. Where he had been short and lanky he was now tall and built from the exercise they did.

"Typically Avengers do not kill as a general rule. Nor do Young Avengers. But your group is not the same. You have to make rules and lines in the sand for yourselves," Billy told the group.

"This man is too dangerous to let go. He has taken too much. Not even disfigurement as a punishment would do. If he was an armed robber, I would suggest taking his fingers and letting him go. But he is a serial killer who uses his mind control to hurt and twist people. He is too dangerous to let go," Roxy said softly. "I believe Mr. Stark would let us test our boundaries. Our rules."

Sebastian nodded. "None on ourselves. Just him."

Nat hugged Danny firmly, her yellow eyes looked up at the others. "I don't want to kill, but that man is nothing but rot inside. If he is not removed, his rot will spread until everything is dead." She sounded almost worried, but kept her voice steady.

"I'm with Nat on this. Roxy has helped me see how to be better, but this guy can't just have his mind fried... He needs to have no chance to hurt anyone else. I would say that unless the person can find redemption or be put in jail safely, then they need to be put down." Elvira voiced, her tone hiding her anger.

"And I'm with both Nat and Elvira. Killing is not what I do. I heal. However, what Alex has done can not be healed, and therefore, just like a parasite, must be removed before it spreads." Angel said just like El had.

Danny nodded. "Some of the results were good. Nat, me getting to find a family, Angel and Sebastian finding each other, and out team. But what he did to Billy and Teddy, to Sebastian's sister...he can not be safely stopped. Only death will end the pain he spreads."

"In the wild, mothers will kill young they know will not make it. I find that harsh. Too harsh. But if a member of a pack goes crazy, it needs to be shunned or killed. If we shun him, he will return. Killing him is not only the right thing, but the more humane thing. For his victims," Sebastian agreed.

"Then it would appear we just need to practice, combine the venom and let Elvira do her thing," Roxy said. "Should we aim for attacking him tonight or tomorrow?"
