He had been about to unleash all his pent up anger on the Professor until he was distracted by Di attacking the monster of a dinosaur, the distraction being that it was the move of a Pokemon. Then before he knew it he was being yanked past them, along with the Noivern kid, by Kauri. He had just refined his senses when they were met by a group of trainers and their Pokemon.

Only to end with Kauri using Iron Tal. He watched and thought about the burning that never seemed to leave his mouth, but ducked when a Cryogonal swept in. But his ears soon screamed at him deafeningly when Rune began shrieking, his voice high and painful to Ceeley. Glass shattered, Pokemon cried out helplessly. And as soon as it was over Kauri tossed out an idea as the girl he had hoped to team up with before, the Haxorus, was with hen; when had she caught up?

And Ceeley finally managed to gain his bearings when Kauri whipped a Pokemon back at its trainer. He smirked angrily as he stood from where he had fallen, gripping his mace and swinging it around quickly. Just as he did he felt flames locking at his mouth and lips, though he felt more numb than burned by them. "Looks like you don't need a fire attack." He commented to Rune, growling as he shot after an ice type, one he was unfamiliar with as it turned to face him, white fur and built like a bear with ice hanging around its face

Ceeley smashed into the Beartic bodily, grunting as he did but soon boring down on its thick arm, flames leaping from his mouth and onto the Beartic. It cried out in pain and anger, but Ceeley kicked off from it and felt a sense of pleasure as it was force backward and into its own trainer. "Anyone have a clue where our Pokemon were taken? I'm not leaving until I have Hakkon!" He asked, but turned to see Kauri in direct fire Olof an Ice Beam. He snarled as he dashed toward her, his mouth filled with more flames as he came in contact with the freezing jet of ice. "Take it down!" He grit out as he took the brunt of the attack, hoping someone. Would get rid of the Pokemon.

(That's okay, Death! You're not a fraud, lol. Also, feel free to have some creative use with Ceeley, holding him back or whatever. He's a bit of a hot head currently. c:)

As they continued to talk about why they were all there, the Professor himself decided the show himself. With a tray filled with varying Pokeballs, including the Heavy Ball that he knew Hakkon was in. He could feel a stronger connection to his dragon type now, and his blood boiled as he looked back up into the sadistic smiling that Redwood held.

"Give him back!" He snarled, kicking away from the wall and standing with fists clenched and upper body half bent over, ready to charge. The appearance of the massive Tyrantrum stopped him though, and he clamped hishands over his ears at the deafening roar before he regained his senses, and his rage. "Give me Hakkon, Redwood!" he roared back, running forward just as the Vibrava took off with their Pokemon.

The jangling chain and tail mace reminded him that he had a weapon, maybe he was the only one besides that Haxorus girl, and he quickly pulled it into his left hand before rushing like a bull toward the giant of a Pokemon. "That Tyrantrum can't move, so if you want to fight your way through now's the time for it!" He roared to the others, casting a heated glance at scythed girl, giving a feral and angry smirk as he hoped she would join him in attacking this monster of a former fossil. The others didn't look to have any sort of weapons built apart of them, not like the chain that was attached to his belt or the blades that erupted from the others arms.

He moved as quickly as he could, finding his breathing becoming harsher until the fans at his neck flared open, but he bit his lip when they closed again for a moment; he didn't think he had control over them, and he doubted he would be able to fight for long if that was the case. His gums burned irritatingly, as to why he still couldn't figure it out, but he clamped his mouth shut to push it out of his mind, it could wait. He was headed for the Professor anyway, wanting to drive his mace into the mans skull if it meant he could get out and find Hakkon.

Ceeley grit his teeth together angrily when the Haxorus girl argued they should be fighting, to get out or whatever. He was all in for getting out, but the Deino girl who had moved from her seat near him was right; it was a waste of energy and whatever else they had. He wasn't too sure, though. He was obviously a Garchomp, the others were clearly their own species of dragon Pokemon, but it still made no sense. A personal army? Yeah, right. Because scientists were clearly able to create such a thing without worrying about repercussions. Like someone fighting back.

But he thought about the option of hitting he lights in the room. That would probably help his headache and eyes, but how would it get the doors to open? Still... He had only just stood up when another one of them was pushed through a door, waving awkwardly and introducing himself. He grimaced, his lips contouring into a half snarl. As if he cared who these people were, he just wanted Hakkon back and then he'd get he hell out of here. "Good going all of you, banding together to figure out a plan. He has my Pokemon, and I'm sure he's got yours too so why don't we just shut up and let him explain things. I'd rather get Hakkon back in one piece instead of little bits like he promised if I didn't get in here." He told them, leaning back against the wall he was at instead of moving to take a seat.

He removed the subglassss and rubbed the bridge of his nose between two fingers, his eyes clenched as his head throbbed painfully. "He'll come back. There's no way he'd just leave us in here when he obviously has some plans if he kidnapped us." He supplied more calmly, trying to get on some kind of good side with everyone. He wanted what they all did, answers and to get out of wherever they were. "As long as I get Hakkon in game for getting out of here however way we do, but I'm not risking my partner over people I've never met." He told them all, still call but he glare at them all. He wasn't above fighting them off if it meant Hakkon was safe.

With one knee drawn up toward his torso, his right arm resting over the top, a young man half leaned back against he wall he sat in front of, eyes closed and face fairly neutral. A small frown was on his lips, but it twitched once as a clicking noise echoed through the sterile and too bright room. He couldn't say for sure, but he felt as though he had been in this damned room for hours, having woken to find himself in a hospital gown and clothing lain out in a chair across from the table in the middle of the room.

As it was, Ceeley felt himself, yet at the same time he didn't. How could he explain that? How could anyone? His memory slowly drifted in after he had woken, remembering the letter he had nearly ignored, except it promised further training for him and his Gabite partner, Hakkon. Ceeley had finally just packed a bag and went looking for one Professor Redwood, not expecting the welcome wagon he had; Hakkon was easily thrashed and he could still feel the blow to his head throbbing, having jumped into the battle once Hakkon had been thrown aside and tried to pummel the Tyrantrum himself. He had been whacked by the immense tail it used like a whipcord, and before he had passed out a rather unhappy rush of words had rang in his ears.

Ceeley lifted his head away from where he had settled his forehead against his arm, opening his eyes when the door finally opened. He grimaced at the sight of the Professor, but stood regardless when he was waved over. "Where's Hakkon?" He ground out, feeling turbsharper edges to his teeth digging into his tongue. "Oh don't you worry, your Gabite won't be going anywhere! Come, come! You have to meet the others now." He seemed so very scatterbrained to Ceeley, and while the Professor turned around he stood his ground. The chain at his belt jangled softly as one bandaged hand picked up the dangerous, tail fin shaped end, fingers going white with his grip. The gill like additions to his neck flared, glowing a dark, bloody red as heat seemed to escape them like vents on a vehicle. He felt his blood boiling, and his gums began to burn slowly.

Yellowed eyes glared bitter and angry, narrowing as the pupil slit in a diamond like shape, similar to a cat or a dragon. "Give him to me." He demanded, the Professor turning around. "You'll get him back, but you must come with me first!" The man replied, stern and unimpressed. "If you don't follow, he won't be returning to you how you remember." He warned, and Ceeley grit his teeth as he deliberated; but he couldn't risk anything happening to his partner, and while he growled lowly, the noise feral and rolling like a beast, he let the weapon chained to his new belt drop smoothly and he followed the man he felt a deep hatred for.

The hallway was as plain as his room, but soon another door was opened, and Ceeley stepped through at the Professor's insisting, only to have it close quickly behind him. There were two others inside already, one girl curled up against a wall in an overgrown sweater, and then another was aggressively attacking a door on the opposite side of the room, some kind of weapon jutting from her arms. But the noise was irritating and making his throbbing head hurt more, and Ceeley growled loudly.

"Knock it off!" He yelled at her, his feet sliding aggressively apart, feeling his muscles ready to bolt forward and shove her against the door if she wouldn't quit. He felt the gills as his neck raise again, and his gums beginning that slow, numbing burn before he resigned himself to the situation at hand. He was stuck in another room hat was too bright for his eyes, and he closed them tightly before rummaging in a deep pocket; there had been a pair of shades with his clothes but he had shoved them in his pants instead, now realizing it didn't matter if he wore them inside or not. Once he pulled them out he slid them in place, feeling the odd scar over his nose and forehead, before stalking toward the girl sitting against th wall and following her lead. Sliding down against the wall, a fair distance from the sweaterd chick, he began grinding his teeth as he waited for whatever else the Professor had in mind.

Ceeley Strongbow
AGE:
23
GENDER:
Male
SEXUALITY:
Straight
POKEMON:
Garchomp
APPEARANCE:

http://fyeahpokemongijinka.tumblr.com/
MOVES KNOWN:
Sand Tomb, Dragon Rush, Sandstorm, Dual Chop, Slash, Dig, Fire Fang
ABILITY:
Sand Veil
PERSONALITY:
Ceeley was never the type of stick around if he didn't have to, and he preferred to learn with his team on his own. Quick to judge as he is, he still tries his hardest to keep his opinions to himself but in high strung situations he doesn't seem to have a filter from his brain to his mouth. He's still a good friend to rely on, and it isn't all that hard to become said friend, but Ceeley isn't what you could call spontaneous; he's predictable and set in his ways, for the most part. But he's always been adaptable, to any new situation as he gains a better grasp on what or who is involved. He does better when someone can help ground his volatile personality, as he learned early on that if you wanted to get something you had to do it yourself, making him a harsh opponent if you're in the way of what he's after. Even so, he fears that he may lose what control he has over himself, he thinks it's in his genes to be frenzied and temperamental, and while his attempts to overcome this may mean he lashes out, he's never been the type to harm someone that didn't deserve it.
HISTORY:
His father was a drunk, his mother turned her back and didn't spare him a glance when he was six; he learned through beatings to be quiet and do as he was told by his father, but away from home he was a bit of a bully. But only to those that bullied others. A part of him was drawn to standing up for the kids who were being picked on, and since he was already introduced to the pain of being beat up he took any blows or remarks with words or punches of his own. He was expelled from his first school, then his father sent him to the Sinnoh region; in a new place, without his father constantly shadowing him, Ceeley grew into himself, grew up where he felt he couldn't previously. And he reveled in the feel of being so utterly free without his father.
But his temper grew as his age did, and there were many times where he was seated with someone who tried to help him, to reach that place he closed off to even himself. Despite attempting to, Ceeley pushed most people away with the claims they didn't really want to know him. And while part of him was right, he grew bitter after a few years of keeping to himself until he met a group of others his age, having the same problems and same life and same parent types. He fit with these people, they welcomed him without the scrutiny that others would look at him with, and he found that he loved them all in their own ways. But after another couple years, he felt he had outgrown the need he had felt before, he had a team of Pokemon he learned to rely on, especially his Gabite Hakkon, so he enrolled in a Trainer School to learn more instead, deciding that he could leave them behind with worrying he would fall apart.
OTHER:
Because he was already a pretty aggressive personality type, the Garchomp DNA has made this more prominent, and more likely to lash out physically if he feels threatened. The tail fin attached to the chain is locked onto his belt, but he can use it as a mace of sorts if he's in a more 'blunt trauma' type of mood.

He was just about to answer Steins question about where they were headed to when he felt a presence teleporting ahead of them. It was quite common for another Ranger with a psychic Pokemon to locate another and give messages, as were birds if they had one of course. A Kirlia came into view a second later and dipped down as she held out a letter, Dimitriois taking it and reading it quickly. It seemed Keiran was needed elsewhere, family business of some sort. Informing the young man he assured him that he and his team would be alright to go, and if they had he chance they could always come back or train with another Ranger.

When they blipped out of eyesight, thanks to the Kirlia, he turned to Stein after watching his Pokemon meander a short distance ahead of them. "just you and me now, Stein. We're headed for the Lake of Rage, been getting some odd reports and was asked to look into things. Not too sure of the reports but we'll find out when we get there. They said it was pretty obvious what we'd be looking for."

As soon as the word 'sir' came out, he was only half listening as his face held a slight grimace. He was aware of what Keiran said, but he withheld an irritated sigh. "Don't call me sir. I'm not that old, kid. Just because you're both newly graduated doesn't mean you're any less a Ranger. We're equals in rank, we all have names. But no, not to that extreme I haven't in a wild Pokemon." he snapped his fingers as Nero seemed to get a bit agitated with his own cat, and Hope pinned her ears back playfully, his tail flicking before she pounced away and onto Moon. The Umbreon yowled angrily as Hope pinned him down and biy at him playfully, soon squeezing away and hiding behind Basava with flat ears.

When Stein pointed out that there may be a possible link between the radio and the shiny Pokemon, his interest grew more focused. The wheels of his mind turned quicker, and he racked his brain for anything that he may have come across in the past of heard from another. "if they are linked, then we can't take this to anyone in town. No telling if the person we take it to may have placed it to begin with. Basava, break it." he told the bull as he tossed it toward him. With one stamp of his hoof the device fizzled out into nothing with a huge crack am running through it. "Poachers may have, but I don't see many who spend as much as they would have to for something like that nowadays. It's easier to buy a shipment of high grade balls and just start throwing them out than it would be to try and find a shiny with something like that. Let's keep moving anyway, just keep an eye out."

He kept himself between his trainers and Hope, the cat soon growling as the shiny Furret turned to look at them; it seemed torn for a few moments, ears twitching as if it wanted to fight them off or run, but when the female took the moments distraction to run off with the Sentret, it too followed. Though it was puffing and growling the whole way before disappearing into the brush. "Nothing we can do about it now. I'll send a message to the local Rangers to keep an eye out later." He told the two, looking to see Stein resting a hand on one Pokeball. "This is one reason most Rangers have one of their team with them, but not everyone does mind you. Keep them in their balls or let one or the other out, it's your decision but stand by it. It doesn't help second guessing something after its already passed." he hoped he was giving some decent advice to Stein, but he wasn't too sure as turned around to see his three returning.

He patted Basava as the bull trotted over, looking just a bit miffed as he huffed and snorted loudly before settling. Sun and Moon both blounded behind him, the Espeon smiling widely as she rubbed her cheek against one of Dimitri's legs and meowed softly. Moon sat at his feet, holding something in his mouth as he waited, sitting as still as a statue before the object was pulled gently out of his mouth. He soon crouched down on the ground and looking over at Keiran and Stein, eyeing ten curiously now that he didn't have orders. Sun, becoming a bit jealous, strode over to Stein and sat down to beg him for attention, ignoring Moon as he sneezed in agitation. "She doesn't mind being held, if you're not shy about her. Moon tends to bite but feel free to pick him up if either of you'd like to, just watch when he wants down. Looks like he brought back some kind of... Transmitter? Radio? I'm not sure. It's working still. Either of you have skills with electronics?" he asked as Hope swished her tail playfully at Nero, Moon pouncing after.

Dimitrious watched his Pokemon for a minute, then looked to the two men. He decided against saying anything as his Pokemon attempted to mingle with the others, knowing they'd be better off learning that Ranger teams weren't at all the most serious of Pokemon. If they expected a complete lack of play they were in the wrong job. Instead he held out the device; it was simple in design, an small metal box about the size of his palm, with a yellow light in one corner and a few buttons near the middle. They were unmarked but it would be easy enough to disable the device if need be. "And don't ask me about it. When it comes to things like this, I tend to prefer a hammer to anything else for a quick fix."

He felt a surge of pride at their words, but mostly aimed at the Corp rather than they being his replacements at a future date. They could very well end up in a different region altogether if the need arose, but his training would still go with them regardless. "You are both free to catch and tame any Pokemon that you see in the wild, just keep in mind the training that goes into them becoming a Rangers Pokemon is different after you achieve the basics. Your first Pokemon given by he Corp already hold these values; dependability, tolerance, instinct, intuition where a normal trainers team lacks. You aren't given a partner that was picked up the day before, and it's quite often seen that they are already evolved depending on the species. Try and see this in your partner, and when you're able teach your other Pokemon. That Houbdour of yours acts lazy and tired, but remember that he's very much ready for anything, Stein. You see Rangers with one of there Pokemon at their side because we're only human, we miss things where they will see it."

Just as he stepped over a rock, he felt eyes on him; it was odd, as they were already a good distance from tourists who were curious of them. Hope was alert even as she looked relaxed, her tail twitching smoothly as her ears flicked back and forth quickly, listing for any sound she could hear. "Next lesson. Compounding on the first to be always aware, you must have complete trust in your Pokemon to make up for the senses you lack. My eyesight is obviously impaired, but Hopes isn't and her ears are much better than my own. You'll learn and teach different cues as well, and recognize them even if only by a small glance or by touch." he moved one had as if to scratch the back of his head, but instead pointed toward her ears, then gestured to her tail as he moved it back to his side.

And suddenly it stopped, and Dimitri placed one hand over his daggers, stopping where he was and using his other hand to wave his trainees to a halt. Hopes tail was bone still, and her head was now raised and looking to the trees that were becoming increasingly heavy to their right. She let out a rumbling, odd growl that sounded more like stone grating against something a it softer, and Dimitri soon spotted what she was focused on in the taller and denser grasses. "Thats odd... How many shiny Pokemon have either of you seen in the wild?" he asked them, his voice low as he pointed toward the Pokemon. There were five in total, two Furret and three Sentret. The evolved were obviously the parents, and one was the off color that marked as shiny.

Along with each Sentret the two were surrounding. Angrily, fur standing on end for each of the golden colored normal types. The regular Furret cowered near their babies, but it was looking at its family with something very much like fear. The pink Furret snarled at them, and Hope leapt down to stand between the grouping and the three men, the fur around her neck raised even as she remained quiet. "That is not the norm for them, either. I'd grab something to keep them away if they chase us, you two. Stay between Hope and them, we'll go around them. No use fighting them if they stay there. Don't catch them yet, something's wrong with them." he cast a glance at the two men and the Liepard, then let out a whistle; some birds took flight but a call could be heard from far off, Basava mooing in response to the whistle from his trainer. "We'll head toward the rest of my team. Casually, don't be too slow or protective about yourselves, they might find that threatening for all we know."

He was pleased with their responses, even the wordless one given off by Stein, at his allowing them to give his team orders. He was also aware of the looks the older man was giving Rosso, and he smiled to himself. Rosso was quite a sight, and there weren't many in the Ranger Corp; many new recruits knew from one person or another that after evolving into a Luxio they carried an air of command that needed to be tempered and thst was often hard, considering their next evolution and how quickly it often creeped up on the Pokemon. Rosso seemed wary of Stein, oddly enough, but he cast it aside for the time being as he had no reason to assume anything of the man. He had read his files, he knew enough about both his trainees to be able to read what he needed.

And then Stein asked why they had been given this assignment, why they were paired with him. And he sighed tiredly, Hope lifting her head and purring. "I chose you. Your age had nothing to do with anything, just your aptitude and the want to be one of us. I'm getting old, I'm tired and I need to know I can count on someone to take over when I finally give this part up. I've trained a few Pokemon for recruits, and that's what I'll continue to do after I'm done with the espionage side of things. Consider yourselves the best of all the recruits, in both your graduating year and the following one. Of course, you can always choose to lead a different Ranger life if you feel you're not up for everything that comes with our territory, but that's for you to decide."

He let that sink in; he had looked through dozens of files and people to find those who he felt would fit best, and it had taken some time before he had managed to procure these two men. He also didn't want to just hand over his region to someone who would bite off more than they could chew, despite him often doing this just to save another Ranger from getting hurt or killed in the line of duty. "Just don't let that get to your heads. I don't need anyone who's got too much pride to take over. That'll get you killed faster than you can blink."

He was impressed with both the young men, and slightly curious about the skills Stein had as an artist. He wouldn't admit it, but Dimitrious enjoyed looking at paintings and sketches other people created, though he had no talent whatsoever. If asked for a map of a new area for the Corp, he often made a blob with squiggles or sharp lines to make different terrain, and wrote out any significant land marks. He was often the butt of jokes with the other senior Johto Rangers for his significant lack of skill in topography, but he brushed it off mostly.

"Sorry to disappoint but no, you are not going to he assigned to a Safari Zone, now or in the future unless you cannot complete active duty. Most Rangers in the Safari zones are older or the young ones who want a taste of field work before they get to sit behind a desk and pick through the information we send them. As for your question, Keiran, no. You're Pokemon don't yet know how to use their abilities as well as they would without you. They can defend themselves, of course, but it takes training for them to be able to launch their own offense without you guiding them. Rosso isn't up to that level just yet, which is why I brought him, but you'll learn it's fairly easy to teach. It just takes a great deal of trust between you and your team. Let's get moving, I'll give you some time to comprehend the information you have already. If you've got questions about anything else, ask them before we get too far away from town." he told them, turning and heading for the path that would take them out of town, toward the Lake of Rage.

Hope and Rosso immediately followed after, though Rosso scrambled to his feet in a rush from where he was laying down, nearly running into Steinbefore he slid to a halt, staring at the bearded man warily for a moment before leaping around him. "You both are free to do whatever you want with my team, and they know the limits of orders so if you ask them to do something that they can't or they shouldn't, they will let you know. Hope will just ignore you if that's the case, but Rosso can be a little arrogant. You'll notice it quickly, but if he does get a little out of hand just stand your ground. He thinks he can take on more than he can chew most of the time. Soon as I've broken that down, he'll be moving off with a Ranger of his own, so helping in that would be welcome." he told the. Two quietly, pulling his bandana up to mask his features as he walked. Hope looked up at him once she had reached his side, and as he looked down at her he smiled slightly, his bandana shifting before he leaves partly toward her, and she took the invitation to keep up onto him again. "And don't let Hope bully you into sharing any food, for you or your Pokemon. She's a good manipulator, but you'll have to deal with her fur all over your clothes after."
