	If you're referring to this shadow lugia: Then your answer is Events - 5,000 - 30,000 (Depending on the event) As this is a Special/Legendary event pokemon, expect to pay high. I have seen prices in the past for these between 40k-50k, as the only way to get them now is the event shop. [Read more]

I'm using Kyogre as an example to show you the price reasoning.
Marine (Map): - 180,000 - 210,000
Sapphire: - 200,000 - 230,000
Kyogre - 70,000 - 90,000
Shiny Kyogre - 8,000,000 - 9,200,000

The shiny kyogre is about 100 times the price of the normal.

Normals:
Solgaleo - 50,000 - 70,000
Lunala - 50,000 - 70,000
Nebula Stone: 90,000 - 110,000 ("summon" item)

HOWEVER, these have to be hunted through the tall grass. And that can be quite difficult since it's a huge 12x12, with 144 spots and a 1 hour cooldown between searches.
So you could assume easily 5m at the very low end, and quite easily much more.

Shiny Pokemon (By Rarities):

Easy - 80,000 - 120,000
Medium - 130,000 - 180,000
Hard - 200,000 - 280,000
Rare - 280,000 - 300,000
Special - 280,000 - 300,000
Fossils - 280,000 - 300,000
Unown - 1,000,000 - 1,500,000
Starters - 280,000 - 300,000

Eevee is rare. However, eevee is also hunted a LOT, due to the various forms. I have seen them as low as 150k, and hardly ever see them above 250k.
