Based off Celebi's Pokedex data, the Shiny chance is ~1/200 (69 / 13661 = 0.005). [This is actually excluding the Celebi that users scared/released, so the Shiny chance is actually lower]. I personally think this is way too low:

On average, using Super Honey, I get around 1-2 Celebi a month. Based off that data, it would take 100-200 months, or 8 years and 4 months - 16 years and 8 months, to get a Shiny Celebi.

To make it less RNG/luck-based to obtain a Shiny Celebi, I propose this suggestion: a Shiny Celebi should be guaranteed on your 50th egg, similar to Hoopa/MissingNo/Lake Trio/Garden Trio

This would also incentivise users to hatch Celebi, instead of just scaring them away.

I have a few ideas about the Name/Prices:

Purple Flute: "Doubles your event egg chances at the daycare for 7 days." (Or "Increases your event egg chances at the daycare by X%, for 7 days." [25%/50%/...]) - 100x Nuggets

Brown Flute: "Doubles your event egg chances at the daycare for 30 days." (Or "Increases your event egg chances at the daycare by X%, for 30 days." [25%/50%/...]) - 300x Nuggets

Combo Pack - Blue Flute + Black Flute + Brown Flute: "Combo Pack - Includes 1x Blue Flute, 1x Black Flute, and 1x Brown Flute" - 600x Nuggets

These sprites could be created by simply recolouring the current Flute sprites.

You need to have a free Party slot to get Nappy's egg, otherwise the catch rate will be 0%.

Taking a while to get an answer is not a reason to double-(or triple)-post, especially when it has been less than 48 hours since your first post in this thread.

I agree that Private Trades should not be limited, since it does not actually clog the GTS. Private Trade SPAM can also be prevented by blocking said user, and there is also the option to decline Private Trades ("Not Interested" button).

I think that a total limit of 5 Public Trades is a bit too little.

Maybe a limit of 3-5, for duplicate Public Trades? And a limit of 15-20, for total Public Trades?

Breeding compatibility considers the following:
- Egg Groups - Pokemon can only breed if their first Egg Groups are the same
- Gender - Pokemon can only breed with the opposite gender, or Ditto
- OT - To have higher breeding chances, the Pokemon need to have different Original Trainers
- Family/Siblings - To be compatible, the Pokemon cannot be siblings/brother and sister
- Species - To have higher breeding chances, the Pokemon must be the same species (not Pokedex number; for example, Lucario and Mega Lucario are not a perfect breeding pair)

The following messages show compatibility of pairs, in order of least compatible, to most compatible:
"The two prefer to play with other Pokémon than each other." / "The two seem to play with each other, but only as brother and sister."
"The two don't seem to like each other."
"The two seem to get along."
"The two seem to get along very well."
"The two seem to match perfectly."

Though, may I ask what will happen to those affected by this? It's unfair to those who spent PD on buying gifts, in the case that Event Points are taken away. If the Event Points are not removed, then that would be unfair to those offline at the time, as other users gained large amounts of event points, while they 'missed out'.

I would have suggested to not fix the bug until reset, to make it fair for all users, but that could greatly affect the site's economy.

@alilsleepy Since there's no data for Mega Festival Gardevoir, you could use the price of a Mega-able Festival Gardevoir + a Mega Stone, which is 308,750 + 215,000 = 523,750 PD

	Maybe allow another user to try evolve them for you? Because otherwise, we basically have no idea how to help you. From what I can understand, you need to have both Flower Boy and Flower Girl (next to each other) in your Party, without holding Everstones. [They need to evolve together, not just one of them]. Then level them up during daytime site-time, and they should evolve. [Read more]

Questions like that are usually asked in the Price Check forum. (But the you can also ask them in the Help forum/here if you want).

I'm not sure about the exact prices of Pokemon with Gold/Silver IVs, but I am certain that a mega-able Snom + 15k PD is definitely not worth a 4-gold-star Snorunt. (I just checked your Snorunt, and it actually is a 4G/1S, which makes that offer even less worth it).

You can see that on the Pokedex page, under Hoopa's dex entry, where it says "Eggdex: # Hatched" (Kalos --> #720 Hoopa --> Eggdex). [Eggdex = number hatched]

I believe a shiny actually can hatch before the 50th egg, but it is the same as a full odds shiny (or lab shiny). [Or at least, that's the case for MissingNo., as I remember someone hatched a pre-50 shiny]
