Because it was kinda observed previously that lower-leveled Kitema didn't actually evolved when they're just leveled up during a Windy weather. 😯

	According to Bulbapedia, that Nuzleaf sprite (non-shiny sprite) was used as a menusprite during the Generation III, IV & V games.. 🤔 Then, changed that menusprite into that Nuzleaf sprite (non-shiny sprite as well) during the Generation VI games and onwards.. It's just (really) an old sprite version of that non-shiny Nuzleaf, I guess? 😅 [Read more]
