Giggling softly at her best friend's antics, Nene took a small bite out of her section of croissant. "I'm hoping for the merciful end, at this point," she joked, shooting a nasty look at her textbooks. "Death by Flitwick is agonizing and slow. The Mandrakes are too loud, and Slytherins would totally make it hurt. No, I'm rooting for the basilisk," she said, grinning over at 'Ri. Snapping her fingers, she added, "Just, bam! Done."

Honestly, at this point, it was starting to sound like a pretty enticing idea. Classes were bound to be boring for the first few weeks. And if their fun activities were going to be interrupted every time, was it even worth it? What was around to make things interesting?? Nene was being dramatic, she knew, but she got a very quick answer, anyways.

-

Amane, without warning, plopped himself down on the bench of the Hufflepuff table right next to Nene. "Morning, Yashiro," he said, adopting his brilliant idea from the other night to simply call her by her last name all of the time. "Late night?" A playful smirk danced across his face; obviously, he knew exactly why she was so tired, as it so happened to be the same reason why he was tired. "Hello, 'Ri," Amane added, leaning forward to give Hurricane a wave. "Let me guess...super bad dream? Nightmare about..." pausing for a second to thing, he gave the two girls finger guns. "A sentient bowl of cereal attacking you, and that's why you aren't eating."

-

Tsukasa was DEFINITELY interested, now. He'd never heard of any students transferring to Hogwarts before. Giving her a grin, he linked arms with her and began leading her to one of the many moving staircases of Hogwarts. "Oh, Beauxbatons? That school with all of the fancy girls who dance?" Tsukasa vaguely remembered Amane telling him about the school participating in some...uh, Triowitch Games? Something like that. "Yeah, the dining hall is this way. I can show you around. What year are you in? Are you in Slytherin, too? Why aren't you wearing the uniform? When did you get here, I didn't see you at the Sorting!" The questions rattled off right after the other as Tsukasa navigated the corridors excellently.

Nejire smirked as he received a slightly foggy but still present message from Oasis. Focusing his mind on the blue form he saw out of the corner of his eye, he began to travel from shadow to shadow, circling invisibly around the trio. Already on it, he shot back to Oasis via telepathy, hovering directly behind the three and waiting for the others to respond. In position.

-

Feeling better, Kansha let go of Kori and stepped back. "Whew, that was pretty strong." Glancing up, her brow furrowed in concern as she watched him squint and rub his head a little. "Are you alright?" She figured that it was related to their sudden transformation into humans. Tugging at the hem of her cloak, Kansha wondered how much power this body could actually hold before something broke or malfunctioned...maybe they ought to retreat for now, until they got better at fighting this way.

-

Taking a bit of vindictive pleasure in the fact that Leech Seed immediately drained a fraction of energy from Zephyr after he used Dragon Claw, Ryoko glared down at him following his snarky comment towards their attacks. She was surprised to hear a message from Oasis, and she thought about it for a moment. Actually...that wasn't a bad idea at all. She considered using her time travel to help, but it was a little to risky to try it for the first time in this form during a battle. Instead, she started darting back and forth in front of her opponents, shooting Leech Seed at them and trying to trip and tangle them with the vines. I can work as the distraction. It would stand out too tremendously for me to suddenly relinquish my assault here, she replied telepathically.

A very loud clatter alerted the entire Great Hall to the presence of a one Nene Yashiro, who had just dropped several textbooks onto the floor after racing over to the Hufflepuff table. Muttering under her breath, she scrambled around, picking them up and throwing them rather unceremoniously onto the bench next to her before sitting down next to them herself. She let out a shaky breath. "Morning, Ri. Overslept. Don't wanna go to His'." With those three sorry excuses for sentences, Nene let her face drop to the surface of the table as she groaned and groggily groped around for the pitcher of orange juice to her left.

Though their little meeting had been broken up by Hagrid last night after Suvansh left, Nene's excitement had led her to stay up WAY too late...and thus caused her to oversleep the following morning. And it was her and Ri's least favorite class, History of Magic. While slightly better than any other history classes she'd taken, it was still history. Ugh. Looking up once more, Nene eyed her friend's lone egg and croissant. Pfft. There was no way 'Ri was going to eat that much this early, if she knew her friend at all. Nudging Hurricane, she poked the croissant thoughtfully. "Wanna split that with me? Don't think I want a whole one."

-

Amane was upset and bored. Their fun last night had been tragically curtailed by the disappearance of a certain Gryffindor and the arrival of a certain very sweet half-giant. While he knew there wasn't really anything to be done, it HAD caused what would have been an amazing night to turn into a disappointment, and he was feeling blah the next morning. AND Tsukasa was nowhere to be found, for some reason, which was worrying him a little. Glancing around, he didn't see the young Ravenclaw, Alison, from last night either. Great. Just him at breakfast, then? Scanning the Hufflepuff table, he didn't see the boy from their little adventure - no, wait, there was Alison, talking to that guy on the far end of the Ravenclaw table; it looked a little intense though, so he wasn't about to bother them. He didn't see any other familiar faces near them, though. What he DID see were two very familiar Hufflepuff first years at their own table, and the answer to his boredom. Aha!

-

Tsukasa hummed to himself as he wandered around before his first class. After a night of little sleep thanks to how wired he still was from the previous night, he'd simply taken to exploring as the day began. A flash of light blue caught his eye, immediately piquing his interest. That certainly wasn't the usual Hogwarts attire. Approaching the student - well, he assumed she was a student, anyways - he tapped her lightly on the shoulder, noting her tense, confused expression. "Are you lost?"

Nejire grunted as the earth began to shake. It tripped him up a bit, but honestly, it wasn't that bad. These guys might be old, but hey, so was he. He'd done his fair share of fighting in the past, one little quake wasn't going to topple him. Especially since it was going to cost him; his ability made sure that using any move would drain twice the power from a trigger-happy opponent. Shrugging off the attack, he glanced back to make sure no one was injured before quietly stepping back to the shadows. They'd have a real fun time trying to catch him in the dark, that's for sure. Phantom Force was a favorite of his.

-

Not really registering Kori's frosty demeanor, Kansha squealed as the red Poke-human used Earthquake. She was certainly not the defensive type, and she wished that she could be in her Sky Forme to avoid the attack altogether. Instead, she steadied herself against the much more sturdy Kyurem beside her, wincing as she felt herself take damage. Yep, she knew this was a losing battle for her. As the attack began to end, she felt a surge of gratitude for the warm sun, although for some reason it seemed a bit cooler than it had a few minutes ago. Even so, her Synthesis revitalized her, drawing in energy and enabling her to stand back up on her own.

-

A child. A child?! The nerve of this guy!! Ryoko narrowed her eyes. So this guy thought he was better than her because of the title of "Legendary", huh? She was tempted to go back in time just to smack him down as soon as he showed up here, but she figured teaching him a lesson here was as good as any. Raising an eyebrow as she simply used her wings to hover above the ground in avoidance of the Earthquake, she shot a healthy Leech Seed attack at all three of the very rude Pokemon before her. "How dare you poke fun at my petite proportions! And I'm every bit as powerful as you," Ryoko hissed. They'd be sorry to know that she was the one who always had to fix their messes, along with whoever else was supposed to keep them in check. Her myths said that she "showed up in times of peace" - more like, she showed up after she'd kept the peace to make sure things were alright.

What do they mean, "Our plates?" Oh, Nejire did not like this at all. He knew who these clowns were; the idiots in red and blue had nearly destroyed the region they were supposed to protect, and he'd heard hundreds of rants from those little water sprites..what were they called again? Phone, or something. Whatever. He'd heard that the currents got mixed up like crazy after the spat, and that it had caused migrations on land to be wonky because of the heat the great oaf in the red gave off. Heatran in particular had been furious. He wondered briefly whether they were here to cause trouble. Maybe it would be better to stay together for now and form a better plan, especially if things like that - he narrowed his eyes as he glared at the stupid green person who he knew was that ozone-layer dragon who was too arrogant to even touch the ground - were going to be against them. Slightly stepping in front of Kalani protectively, he raised an eyebrow at the trio. "I hope you're not thinking of dissuading us," Nejire said coolly. "We're on orders from Arceus."

-

Kansha was about to jump in again when the three strangers just...appeared. How had they gotten here so fast, or were they somehow tracking the group? She couldn't help but get the impression that they...didn't exactly come in peace. They were strange looking, but she got the feeling that they were somehow linked; after their early argument, Kansha figured that if they were connected, it certainly wasn't because they were best friends. Sidling closer to Kori, the last person to have spoken, she shivered. Leaning towards him slightly, Kansha gave him a nudge. "D-do you have any idea who these guys are?" Something told her she was severely outmatched by these three; they had an aura of power that felt ancient.

-

Ryoko was very confused. What were they doing here? If she recalled correctly, they were the Weather Trio, and had definitely caused their fair share of trouble before, although the middle one - Rayquaza - was usually more reasonable. Deciding to address him instead of the other two, Ryoko hopped right up, appearing tiny before the man. "What is your business with our endeavors?" she demanded, attempting to sound authoritative and wise, and succeeding in sounding comically proper, not unlike a four-year-old reading Shakespeare very seriously.

Nejire nodded, a little surprised that of all the Pokemon, the little green one was the one giving solid input. Although he wasn't a Psychic type, his ability allowed him to communicate with telepathy as well, and even some other legendaries did not need abilities or Psychic typing to communicate that way. "Telepathy is a good point, but can all of the Psychic types here use it? I can use it, but that's only because of my ability. And I can go with Kalani, to start, if that's alright with you," he said, glancing back at the girl with star-hair.

-

Kansha shrugged. She'd managed to use telepathy to communicate with humans once or twice, but it was pretty challenging and only a few humans could actually hear it. She'd never tried with Pokemon, or long distance, for that matter. So, for these purposes, she couldn't really use it. "Well, I think we would need to get maps from humans, right? We don't exactly know how human things work, even with my prior knowledge...I think you have to swap things with humans to get things from them, but what do they even find valuable?" Kansha sighed. They really were out of their element when it came to this sort of thing. She'd lived near humans her whole life and often gave them gifts when they expressed gratitude, but it was one thing to gather the names of places and some people and a whole other to understand how their world worked.

-

Ryoko was a little confused by the very...unconvinced reaction that everyone had. Did they not communicate telepathically? She used her skills to keep in contact with Dialga sometimes, very long distance, but most of the time she found it easy to communicate within the same region to any Pokemon who she needed to reach, and occasionally, she could speak to a human. "I can use telepathy," Ryoko said, replying indirectly to Nejire. "It is basically just sending a message, but with your mind. It is one-way, usually, and it is limited; I cannot read anyone's thoughts, only tell them mine. But if we cannot talk to each other, how will we know if everyone is okay?"

Name: Leanna Mason
Age: 13
Gender: Female
Description: Leanna is a plain-looking brown-haired girl with amber eyes. Often styling her hair in a neat braid, she wears simple yet stylish clothing, loving to wear dress shirts and skirts along with sundresses and jumpers, but she never dresses in the same overdone style as some of those in the court, nor does she lounge in loose, generic clothing. She stands at around five feet tall and likes it that way.
Personality: Leanna is a fairly quiet girl, but still social; although she doesn't talk much unless spoken to, she is very friendly, and is generally thought to be a very sweet, innocent young girl. She has a passion for art and is often seen with a sketchbook in hand, although she is shy about sharing her work. A hopeless romantic, she crushes on most boys her age, especially those who initiate conversation with her or appreciate her artwork or clothing choice. However, she isn't quite as pure as the adults around her would guess; she actually has a bit of a sadistic streak, only truly worrying about those who she cares deeply about.
Alliance: Evil
Password: s w oRD

Name: Emmett Foster
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Description: A somewhat short young man at around 5'11", Emmett has wavy light brown hair that falls just around his chin, and it is as wild as his personality. Usually sporting a somewhat fancy waistcoat and riding pants along with boots, he maintains a rather scholarly look while also seeming athletic and posh at the same time. His only accessory (other than the stack of books he carries almost all of the time) is a strap around his thigh that holds his weapon.
Personality: Emmett is a bit all over the place, as one might expect from a brand new young adult. He loves to learn and especially values history, which is why he is both extremely angry with and frightened of Etheria, because he knows exactly the types of dark paths her continued reign could cause. A bit of a doormat but also having a hot temper when riled up, Emmett is a walking contradiction, but his heart is in the right place. Even if he's...well, on the strange side. People often wonder whether he's actually researching famous murders and unsolved stories for the fun of it or...for actual research. They find out if they ever see him pull his weapon.
Weapon?: A little annoyed by the stereotype that bookish people are inept at self-defense and combat, Emmett naturally turned to his research for an answer. What he discovered...was the three-sided knife.
Password: big extra sharp knife

Turning to Kalani, Nejire nodded slowly. She's got a good head on her shoulders. "That's a good point." Pausing, he thought for a moment. "It would make sense for Kansha and I to split up and target the ones that we don't have a type matchup for. If anyone else is good at navigation, they can also go after the plates without a matchup. It will be easier to locate a place that matches our being, so it will be important not to get lost on the way if you're not following your instincts." How to split them up, though? There was also the possibility that those troublemakers would go after them, so safety in numbers ought to be considered as well. "There are seventeen plates and fourteen of us," he said after a moment. "I recommend that we work in pairs and go after seven plates at a time, regrouping after each round so that we stay out of trouble. What do all of you think?"

-

Kansha listened to Nejire speak, mentally counting everyone as he spoke. It amazed her how natural of a leader he was, considering how stubborn he'd been in the past; she figured Arceus had either given him a talking-to or given him an incentive. Probably the latter. What were the types they were missing? She knew just from herself that they had Grass and Flying as well as Ghost and Dragon. Versil was apparently a Fire type. She thought that the tiny girl in green was probably a Grass type, and the quiet guy in sharp blue was probably part Ice. Were there any types that they were missing? "I think sticking together is a great idea," Kensha said, breaking her thought process. "And while I would love to go search my home, I suppose you're right that we should act as guides instead."

-

Ryoko rocked back and forth on her feet, eager to explore the new region and its history. She knew that Sinnoh had many legends surrounding Pokemon, and she hoped to gain even more knowlege to aid in her time travelling endeavors. A Grass and Psychic type, she wondered if there were any other Psychic types. She could certainly feel a strong presence from several of the Pokemon; Latios and Latias, of course, but also from Versil, Viean, the girl in pink, the cosmos-hair girl - okay, from most of them, apparently. Perhaps her Grass-typing was of more use here. "I am a Grass and Psychic type. I think I am the only other Grass-type besides you, Kensha," Ryoko quipped, looking at the girl with pink flowers on her outfit. "I can go after the Meadow Plate, if you want." Then something hit her. "WAIT! There are so many Psychic types, if we split up, we can use telepathy to communicate between us!"

Nejire softened. He knew entirely too well how it felt to be ignored and forgotten by humans, and even most other Pokemon. "People don't really remember me, either," he said, shrugging. "Probably because I was banished to the Reverse World, but whatever. I work with antimatter," Nejire explained. "Working with the moon is pretty cool, too." Giving her a slight smile, he then turned to Versil and the others. "I have a few ideas, if they are scattered logically. If we are looking by type, then I would suggest looking on Mount Coronet for the Icicle Plate, Full Moon Island for the Pixie Plate, Iron Island for the Iron Plate, the Oreburgh Mine for the Stone Plate, the Underground Tunnels for the Earth Plate, Floaroma Meadow for the Meadow Plate, the Great Marsh for the Insect Plate, Eterna Forest for the Spooky Plate, Lakes Verity, Acuity, and Valor for the Splash Plate, Stark Mountain for the Flame Plate, Spear Pillar for the Draco Plate, the Solaceon Caves for the Mind Plate, and New Moon Island for the Dread Plate," he rattled off. He was quite familiar with the geography of the Sinnoh region, but as far as towns and cities went, he only knew a few of them, and wasn't sure if there were other man-made areas that would be suitable hiding spots as well. With a sigh, he gestured to Shaymin. "What do you think?"

-

Kansha blinked, surprised that Nejire had accurately covered the Sinnoh region so wholly. The only thing she noticed was that he avoided mentioning any towns or human places, which made sense, since he didn't spend much time around humans. "Those are all great ideas," she said, nodding vigorously. "I would add these spots," Kansha said, flicking a finger out as she listed each one. "Fuego Ironworks for the Iron Plate and Flame Plate, Snowpoint City for the Icicle Plate and Stone Plate, Solaceon Tower for the Spooky Plate, Sunnyshore City for the Zap Plate, Veilstone Gym for the Fist Plate - actually, all of the gyms for their respective plates - Jubilife City and," she shuddered thinking of the next places, "those nasty old Galactic buildings for the Toxic Plate, Valley Windworks for the Sky Plate, Amity Square for the Pixie Plate, and the Battle Frontier for the Fist Plate, too." She couldn't think of anything else off of the top of her head, but surely that was plenty to get started on.

-

Fascinated by the different abilities of all of the Pokemon present, Ryoko was surprised that Dialga hadn't showed up. Usually he loved to keep an eye on her with these sorts of things - maybe he was finally going to stop riding her tail all of the time, but she sort of doubted that, which made her curious. Taking in the names of all of the places the two Sinnoh Pokemon said, some jumped out at her; Spear Pillar, which was Dialga's main connection point with humans, and the Battle Frontier, which was also found in Hoenn, she thought. Snowpoint City also seemed vaguely familiar, as though it should be important, but it didn't quite click. She'd have to think about that later. "Oh! If it would help everyone to know," Ryoko said, waving a hand up excitedly to draw attention. "I can travel through time. That might be useful," she added.

Nejire was startled to find someone approach him. She looked average enough, although her hair was patterned like the night sky, and he wondered if she was a space thing like the one from Hoenn. He wasn't that much taller than her, which suggested that she was a pretty large Legendary rather than one of the minature Mythicals that ran around the regions. Deciding for once that he liked this Pokemon - after all, not many were brave enough to approach him, especially if they were aware of exactly who and what he was - and she seemed sensible enough, not airheaded or narrow-minded like many of his 'friends' in Sinnoh. "I am Giratina, known to the humans as the Renegade Pokemon. My name is Nejire," he said, nodding to her in greeting. Pausing for a moment, he continued to take Kalani's appearance in. "I appreciate your open mind. What duties do you have back in Alola?"

-

Kensha giggled. "No prob," she said, beckoning everyone over as well. "But I doubt it was a...what did you say, Mimikyu? They don't live in the Sinnoh region," she explained. It was strange that something was chasing her, but more likely than not, it was some other mischievous Ghost-type Pokemon. The woods near Eterna City housed a dilapidated old hotel, where Ghost-Pokemon thrived, so it would make sense for them to maybe have found some sort of base in this forest as well. Either way, Kensha and the others were more than capable of dealing with any trouble, especially if they still had their moves available to them.
