If you're talking about prices, shiny charizard is worth around 50k, according to market insider. shiny banette is worth around 29k PD, (according to market insider) which is obviously less than 50k. So no, shiny Banette is worth less than a shiny Charizard. [Read more]

	Shiny Gastly is worth around 15k PD. Since Rattata is not a pokemon that has a mega form, I would say no. Since its a rumble Pokemon, it would be worth even more, so no. Those two Pokemon are not equal in value. [Read more]
