Huh. I do like fantasy. And spirits. And aura animals. Maybe I'll check it out sometime. Thanks for the recommendation.

My book preference is a little odd - I prefer books about animals, nonfiction, but only a specific type.

I don't like those brag-fest books that trick you into thinking is actually about animals when it's really a person documenting their experiences with animals. I want facts, not an autobiography in disguise.

I like those big animal guides that are neatly organized by classification, making it easy to research a particular species.

And oddly enough, I love animals so much and yet am too scared to actually interact with them. Animals aren't exactly the biggest fan of me for whatever reason, which confuses me because I never, ever harm or even approach them.

I probably prefer kid things because I have too much stress as a person already, dark stories and adult-oriented stuff just piles more stress onto me.

I sometimes come up with dark stories, but they're more unrealistic jokingly dark things. Like a parody. And the characters usually regenerate/end up fine.

The only video games I like are the Nintendo ones, which rarely get more violent than Legend of Zelda. I don't like gore, period, which is another reason I prefer animation to live-action. I just like "kid-oriented" stuff more than "adult-oriented", really. It helps take my mind off of horrible things happening in real life.

Nell used a healing move on Siegfried. She told the Shade:

Correction: if you hadn't thrown me, he would have never been knocked out.

She looked over and one of the spikes on her back was chipped, due to the force of the throw.

Nell naturally stepped in front of everyone and spread her wings as a shield. She attempted a psychic wave towards the Shade.

I thought it was... okay. It's not exactly the most feel-good animated movie, is it? I like the really funny ones or ones that give you tears of joy. Into the Spider-Verse is neither.

Marvel is better than DC in my opinion. I liked Spider-Man: Far From Home a lot, that one certainly doesn't teach you anything (besides maybe to be careful who you trust, lol)

Yeah, I love those. They rarely have any real message to them and are mostly just "woah that's so cool" mixed in with lots of funny moments.

I like movies that either a) teach a little-seen message (not like "Be yourself" or "Being different is good" but more like "Respect all creatures and even the deadliest of beasts will respond") or b) barely teach anything but are hilarious. I also pay attention to how likable the characters are. Sometimes the characters can save an otherwise bad movie, or it can have an interesting idea but really boring characters.

still like animation better than live-action though

When I like a movie I watch it multiple times (sometimes in a row!). There are some I just never get tired of.

April 28:

Wow, I haven't updated this in a while. Sorry.

I got my second event egg, so no more painful interacting (I'll still interact but not by the thousands).

Why can't you watch it over and over?

The best seasons of the Pokemon anime are the oldest ones, in my opinion. According to what I've seen, Ash becomes a total idiot in the Sun/Moon anime, and in the Sword/Shield one he barely does anything and is hardly the main character anymore. And yet I still can't restrain myself from seeing what happens in each new episode.

Brock is my favorite character, tbh. I dunno why, he's just amusing to me.

Am I seriously the only person here with no interest in anime (unless it's Pokemon)?

Is shiny Ditto actually shiny-locked in PH? Or it's actually possible but no one's ever got one?

@kelbunny Yep, I think it's a certain kind of soft-shelled turtle.

Wait, a shiny DITTO??

Nell realized she was part Psychic type.

If they tried to read my mind, but I tried to read theirs at the same time, would that block them out?

(sorry to be corrective but leopard gecko doesn't need to be capitalized ^^;)

Fun fact everyone should know - leopard geckos urinate crystals! Fun, right? Sounds so pleasant.

I'm sorry. I read that somewhere and it pops into mind whenever I see or hear the phrase "leopard gecko".
