*Talla huffed slightly and saw Mirage enter the room. He used sign language to talk to her* The castle is secure. We have complete control of it. *Talla closed her eyes and took a deep breath in, nodding her head as well. She spoke in a calm and quiet, yet furious voice.* Good. Now, Dylan, listen carefully cus I'm only going to say this once. *Talla raised her shakey hand and pointed at Faith* Get her out of my sight before I taint my victory by slaughtering her on the spot. *Dylan signed "Yes ma'am" and went over to Faith and began dragging her to the dungeons* And make her feel very comfortable. *Talla sat in the throne and let out a relaxed sigh.* Let Nick have his fun with her.

*Maddy abruptly stopped her horse and listened. Even from miles away she could hear the screaming and war cry's but all of a sudden they stopped. Maddy got off her horse and looked back towards the kingdom, hoping to see a sign that they had victory. But she knew it wouldn't be true. She knew that the kingdom had fallen. *Talla gripped her sword tightly. Faith was right. Her code wouldn't allow it. She raised her sword and slammed into the ground next to Faith's head. Talla picked Faith up* I may not be able to kill you, but my code doesn't prevent me from harming you. And believe me, I will make you beg for death. *Talla threw Faith to the ground and stepped up to the throne. She touched it with her left hand and almost flinched in joy* After nearly a thousand generations, it is mine. *Talla moved her hand to the top of it and opened a secret compartment* With the Diadem and power at my disposal, I shall reclaim what is mi- *Talla stopped talking. She saw nothing. Not even a speck in the compartment. She heard Faith begin to chuckle behind her.* Where is it? *Talla turned and her hands began to glow.* WHERE IS IT??! *Fire surrounded Talla as Faith whispered 4 words* You'll never find it.

*Talla stood up and shook her head. She then noticed Faith's footing. She began to fired a large wave of fire right towards Faith, who blocked it. But before the flames cleared, she was knocked to the ground by Talla. Talla picked Faith up and began to beat her to hell. Faith tried to stop the blows, but Talla was to quick for her. She lunch Faith to the door towards the throne room and fired one massive blast towards Faith, who barely created a shield in time for the blast to only blow her through the door. She slid on the ground as Talla walked into the room. Her hands were smoking and the door was highly charred.* How did your family ever become the royals? *Talla picked Faith up and hit her face.* You can barely save yourself. *Talla picked up Faith by her hair and threw her towards the throne.* And yet, my family was the one that was left to rot in the shadows.

*Maddy looked to Drake and nodded her head, but her mind wasn't on the conversation. It was on Faith.*

	Talla looked up at Faith from the opening of the door and smiled. Oh now you can do better than that! Talla waved her fingers around and flames began to surge from her finger tips. She began to fire waves of flames at the group of guards, causing them to fall back farther and farther each time Come on, you false queen! Fight back! [Read more]

*The guards inside the castle began to close and barricade the doors with furniture and other items as the outside guard began to retreat. Once everyone was inside, the closed it fully and finished barricading the door. Outside the door Talla scoffed sarcastically at the desperation the guards began to show. She stepped back to the bottom of the steps into the castle and took a deep breath in before firing a massive blast of fire that burst the door open*

*Maddy looked at Aura* She's following us later honey. But for right now, we need to go *Maddy hopped on her horse and yelled at everyone* Let's move it!! *Maddy's horse began to run forwards and the rest of the group followed*

*Talla jumped off of a roof and charged into battle with her soldiers. She fired powerful blasts of fire at the soldiers who tried to hold her back, burning them alive and reducing most to ash. She looked around the battlefield and saw the guards had begun to retreat into the castle. She smirked and looked towards her men* Their falling back! Tear them to pieces!!

	Talla began to manipulate the fire around her into one small fire ball. It began to whistle as it grew hotter. She smiled and fired the ball at the wall surrounding the castle. *Maddy looked at the sky and saw the sun had begun to rise. She ushered for everyone to get moving* Come! We have very little time left! We must get moving now!

*The dawn sun began to rise over the hills and from the roof tops, you could see them. Thirty men and women stood on rooftops, ready for battle. And in front of them all stood Talla. Her eyes were closed and her hands were behind her back. The morning sun lit up her face as she spoke* For thousand generations my family have wasted away in the shadows. And now, a thousand generations live in me now. But today will be the dawn of a new era. *She began to take deep breaths in and out and flames began to surround her. She opened her eyes and the flames roared* Today, my family is avenged!

*Maddy reacted quickly to Akuhono, but not quickly enough. She readied some water and barely looked at Faith.* Go. Quickly, before whoever that was returns. Understand?

*Talla sat in the middle of a room, meditating and surrounded by candles. While she breathed in and out, the flames grew and shrunk. There was a knock on Talla's door.* Come in. *Mirage walked into the room with a guard. Mirage spoke in sign language and the guard translated* Its almost time miss.Talla smirked and opened her eyes, which reflected the flames* Ready the men. We attack at dawn, when the sun is new and our strength has peaked. *Mirage and the guard nodded and left the room. Talla stood up and looked at a family photo of a young girl, a mother, a father, and a slightly older girl* It is time to fulfill my birthright.

*Maddy thought quietly to herself. But among the arguments, she spoke* She's right. *Everyone looked towards Maddy in shock. Maddy leaned forward* Dont get me wrong, I think it's a horrible plan. But it's the best plan we have. *Maddy slammed her hands on the table* Talla cant win if she doesn't have the people on her side. If Faith leaves, the kingdom will turn to Talla willingly because they will see Faith as a coward who left them for dead. But if she stays, she will be a beacon of hope. A flame within the darkness. *Maddy put her hand on Faith's shoulder* She is our only hope to win this battle

*Maddy slept peacefully in her bed, dreaming of a better future. A future she could have had. She saw her parents, playing with her and Erik's child in the pond. She laughed as her childs grandparents played with the child. But then the sky turned to black, and her loved ones disappeared. It was silent all around her. Not even the birds were chirping. She turned around to see a younger version of herself standing there. She was drenched in water and covered in moss and algae.* WAKE UP!

*Maddy woke up in a cold sweat to see Reve standing there. She told Maddy that Faith wanted her to come to the war room and Maddy nodded. She got out of bed and made her way to the war room.*

	Maddy had noticed the ice bolts had stopped coming towards the family. Nows my chance. Maddy turned around and ran towards the castle to protect the royal family Talla attempted to fight off the Phoenix, but she couldn't. Her powers did nothing to it.
