-Please don't rush me! Most sprites wont take more than a day or two, but if its a complicated order I want to try my very best! (If it takes more than 3 days then contact me about it.) -Don't be mean! I encourage criticism on my work. All I want to do is improve. But know the difference between "It suks I don't like that green" to "I feel that the green color pops out too much to the other colors on the piece. Maybe go for more of a blue, or gray." -Adding on to the rule above, please politely pal-pad/Pm me if you feel a sprite isn't worth __ PD or if you have a suggestion. Anything demanding or rude I will flat-out ignore. -I will give refunds on my sprites if both parties feel its not worth the money. I am willing to give a 100% refund. However, if I worked for hours on one sprite and you don't like a color on it, I will not give a refund, but I can edit the sprite to make it worth the money. -Don't order a sprite when the slots are full! Returns -Returns are given if you can specifically point out what is wrong with the sprite and how to fix it. -If you feel a sprite is not worth what you bought, or want minor edits done to it, I will fix the sprite for free. If changes wanted are more drastic, please see below. Refunds -If you feel the sprite you received is completely wrong and nothing can be done to fix it, you may politely ask for a full refund if... -Both me and you think the sprite isn't worth the amount of money. -You can give a good reason why the sprite isn't what you asked for specifically. -After a refund is given, the sprite is mine to keep and cannot be bought back. Trades -If you are unhappy with a sprite, this is another option to a refund. -You may trade a sprite you don't like to order another one of the same skill for free. (Ex. Joe wants to return his recolor sprite for another recolor sprite.) You cant trade one type of sprite for another. (ex. Bob wants to trade his recolor for a scratch sprite "done snappy this time") -Once a sprite is traded and you get your new sprite, the original sprite is mine to keep and cannot be bought/traded back. Also, I'm not basing this off a specific zoo in real life, I support zoos that help animals :3 This RP is AFTER the events of Sun/Moon by a couple months, but that wont matter too much) In a world where Evil Teams ruled over trainers in the Kanto Region, Pokemon were captured, shown-off, and even trained to hurt the competition. Many "sanctuaries" were made for these Pokemon. But most were just there for young kids who couldn't be trainers, to see. There was high security, Pokemon-proof cages, and seemingly no hope to get away from the brain-washed generation of Pokemon Trainers. But far away, many regions away, there was a place that cared. A little place where Pokemon could roam and not fear getting captured once more...far away in the newly-reformed Aether Foundation. A myth...was it too risky to try...the unthinkable?
