I know I'm not missing a page to look through, and I was one of the people who weren't able to find Hoopa rings for almost a full day after Hoopa was released. Even after people were finding them. The cache issue was not the problem, as it was suggested to me at one point and I completely cleared my cache and browsing history to try and fix it, which it did not. The miraculously it was there when I woke up lol. I posted a new post asking people to come here. [Read more] |

But I would like to say, I always get more shinies on "increased breeding" days, though no influx of eggs, and more eggs on "increased shiny" days, but no shinies XD But I've had the mega boost 6 times now and nada in any direction. <-Meaning I have had NO megas at all since the update. I'm guessing some values were mixed up, and those with lower mega chance like me (which I know is a thing because I get shinies a lot I really think this needs checked.. Also, I know it's fixed now, but I was one of a handful of accounts who couldn't get the Hoopa rings even though they'd unlocked the quest, for almost 24 hours after the event was released, which further proves the different coding per account, so I'm not crazy in thinking these things. More people who have noticed. Jan 29th was an increased egg day. but I hatched 4 shinies that day, on minimal eggs. EDIT: FOUNTAIN SCREENS AND LOG Before official log. Show

Wallflower: My story is ongoing, but the beginning was quite sad. You see, I grew up in a copse, deep in the woods. A magical wood full of faerie lights and laughing sprites. It was a haven, a heaven, and eventually a hell.. Man entered the forest, a pair of them at first, then more as they realized the bounty it held. They cut our trees, they stole our food, our lives... Our loved ones.. I grew resentful of them of course, learning to run and hide at the mere smell from one. One day.. that one sad and fateful day.. they brought "hounds" with them, braying raucous noisemakers; bent on finding me out. They had caught my scent, and as the men said, they wouldn't let it go until I was found. I didn't know where else to run, I was a very young fox you see; and Mother's den was the safest place I knew. I ran inside, and my mother nosed me to the back, along with my siblings. I could smell the acrid smoke of their torches, hear the cacophony of the dogs coming nearer. I cried.. I cowered.. I slunk as far into the den as possible. It wasn't enough. They found us, the men shot my mother on sight... My poor and loving mother.. They couldn't reach my siblings and I, though they'd heard us rustle and knew we were there. They lit a fire.. In the gathered brush my mother carefully chose to build our nest and keep us warm. Too warm now, the fire drove my siblings out first, the dogs.. those hellish beasts.. They grabbed them and broke their tiny necks... The smoke overcame me, and I crawled slowly out, steeling myself towards what I knew was coming. But it didn't, one man was laughing as he tugged the bodies of my family from the mouths of the dogs, the other looking disgustedly towards the horror, heard me. He gathered me up in his tunic before the mean one could see, despite my struggle and bite. He took me home. To a giant stone walled construction. A "castle" they called it. So dreary and sad compared to my forest.. but he made it comfortable for me as best he could, hiding me in the straw storage closet. When I seemed well enough, he let me run the fenced grounds, knowing I couldn't find a way out.. He fed me scraps, and milk, and strange things cooked in an "oven". It was.. well.. a good life I suppose. The wild spirit within never quelled, but I learned to be quick, and cunning. I stole the food of those wretched beasts in their pens. Taunting them as often as I could. I grew strong, and wise. My kind are so long lived compared to the others. We kitsune, we have the spirit of greatness within, and we grew to use it well. I learned my human's speak, the words, the cadence, the patterns. I learned of dances, great "balls" thrown in honor of the princes. My master and his brother, the cruel one.. I heard them talk of the "wallflowers" and their beauty, but shy attitude, and how my human didn't feel drawn to their meekness, like the cruel man who could use them. "Wallflower" it sounds pretty.. I like it, but I don't think my master knows what those "meek women" are capable of.. I will show him... I'll show the cruel one too. My name is Wallflower. I am strong. I am confident.
