Her story start in that of a small clan. Known as the Tora Clan, they were of the purest blood like that was in her world. Her heritage was that of the purest form and over the many many years which their kin have lived they had learned to live with humans, bargained with them and promised to stay away to let each other live.

Though when she was still within her mother, her clan was raided by bandits looking for pregnant mothers and their unborn to sell on the black market for slavery as many monsters were look down upon and only seen good for ploughing the fields of the rich and providing protection.

Her mother was captured, bound and died after childbirth but Nexanda was still able to at least learn how to speak in her own tongue Draconic, the language of her Kin before her mother died.

As a young creature the rich slave owner forced her to do work until the day of the orc rebellion which she managed to slip from, away from the chaos and run far, far away for days hiding away from the rich man’s men and soon collapsing at the gates of a small village.

When she had finally awoke she saw that her wounds from running and from her past had been dressed and covered. When the knock on the door came she wrapped herself in what was available to her before backing herself into the corner ready to hiss at whatever came through the door.

Slowly opening, a rather youthful adult showed his face around the corner slowly and smiled. “Hey there” He said as he slowly closed the door behind him and with that Nexanda hissed to scaleless creature, making it clear to the monster didn’t want anything to do with his kind or anything he was saying.

Sighing he thought for a moment before trying to make himself look smaller and stating. “I mean no harm to you. I know other’s might think that you’re just something to be used and thrown away if you’re proved not useful, but I don’t think like that” As he was talking he slowly approached the broken creature, his hands out clear and spread free to see there was no harm intent.

Though as he approached the yellow scaled creature only launched out at the other, fangs clearly on show and letting one hand launch out at the human.

Grunting and backing away he thought for a moment and asked although mainly to himself. “Can you even understand me?” And with that he smiled brightly and came up with an idea. Leaving for a moment to let the creature to relax he went to fetch some of the regular relics that they had in the main building.

Knocking on the door once again he slowly entered but this time had a coloured shield on his arm. As the other creature began to growl he slowly put his arms up as he slowly placed down a small statue. Turning it towards the winged creature he smiled as he began slowly placed the shield down to show Nexanda a symbol with other monsters on it.

“I mean no harm” He spoke softly and simply. As he got down low and pushed the shield to the young monster, she flinched and waited for something to happen, glancing back and forth from the item that moved and the creature that pushed it in her direct.

“I good” He stated firmly before slowly pulling the statue in front of him to show the other it in it’s entirety. “We like good monsters, we care, take care of you. Can you understand me? Know of common?” He slowly spoke hoping the other in the room understood. Because if not they would have a long way to go.

Not moving a muscle the horned one didn’t reply and with that the male sighed with a small frown. “I go, got other things to do. I be back with food, good food” He stated and when he got no reaction he slowly got up to leave the creature with the items hoping it would come out of it’s shell and at least look at them properly.

Nexanda approached the shield and inspected it. This moment where she decided to trust the other would change her life completely. She grew up in a Lawfully Good Religious church and helped wherever she could protect the town she lived in from bandits and monsters alike as she grew.

Once the time came she set out into the great world beyond where her journey continued. She met a human Male called Andreas Vandersykie, she one day married him once their quest to have him return to his throne was complete though it wasn’t for long as he soon died in battle with a horde of monsters which suddenly swamped the town and castle where there they couldn't defend by themselves.

So after losing her mate for life she was approached by a space Pirate who had given her access to this realm and others. Though she managed to escape her evil clutches it mean she was now in a world which she didn’t know.

Who knows what this world was and who lied in it… She just hoped not everyone would be trying to killer. So thinking for the best, she decided to make a home in this world decided she would be best to never go back. Her new looks were something to behold though. That of a human female within his realm she had made her escape in. She knew one’s appearance could change with how the world was and it seemed not many beasts appeared here… Only human still trying to act like it would be difficult, her armor felt heavier than normal and without her tail her balance was slightly off but she could get used to it… She had to if she wanted to live.

“Bob kills Tom. Bob Kills Tom. Ha it was never that easy. If only it was ever described like that in real life, it would be so much easier, but then again the battle is always described by the winner and never the loser and do you know why?

It’s because the loser dies so they can never tell their story, but this I can tell you for sure. It wasn’t as simple as Bob kills Tom. No it went like this.

It was a vicious battle and one to the death, it always was when it came to dragonkin, whether it be for pride, power, love or even just simple mercy. Someone always had to die. This time Tom had stepped too far into Bob’s territory and Tom had had enough of it. Giving a loud roar as Bob approached from above Tom, Tom knew he had made a grave mistake that day.

The human, Tom looked up and raised his pitchfork up to the quickly diving dragon and whimpered as the dragon almost smashed him into the ground but the dragon managed to stop him just before reaching Tom and landed with a firm THUD Before giving off another loud roar.

In a vein attempt to get the dragon to back off the human roared back and launched his pitchfork at the dragon who only growled as he slapped it away to look down at the scared lonely human. Bob opened his mouth to bite down on the villager but what the dragon didn’t expect was when the human was in his mouth the villager pulled out a knife and stabbed it in the soft roof of the dragon’s mouth. Quickly spitting the human out the dragon whined in pain as he too tried to get the knife out of the roof of his mouth which only cause more pain as yes, he did get the knife out but his claw had caught the top of his mouth which now started to bleed rather heavily as it went in deeper than what the knife had done.

While the human being smart tried to run away it wasn’t enough, the dragon quickly gave chase after the human and bite him in half, eating the upper and letting the lower fall to the floor unless.

As a warning the dragon carried the lower half to the outskirts to his land and dropped it as a warning to all human that this is what would happen if you crossed that body. “ Nexanda explained as she had the book in front of her.

“Now wasn’t that a better story?” She asked with a bright smile, meaning no harm but the children in front of her looked terrified! She only meant to make it more exciting… not scaring… “I um…” Once she calmed down she quickly got up bowed and chuckled. “I’ll… I’ll take my leave now…” She muttered but made a quick exit from the library.
