*Reyna struggled as her mother dragged her back to the wagon and closed the door.* Why dont you listen to me? I mean, look at you, your filthy. And you dress, your brand new dress is ripped! What do you have to say to yourself?! *Reyna's mother was right of course, as Reyna's dress was shredded near the bottom and covered in mud. But Reyna refuted this* Mother! I just saved a toddler! *Reyna's mother shook her head* You disobeyed me and helped encourage weak bloodlines!

*Rooster got off of his horse and began to talk to another man as Geo said something* Well, we've tried but the damn thing just don't seem to stay dead. That's why we've put these fences up. *Rooster then took the opportunity to shout new information to everyone* Now you see why we have these fences up, to keep you safe! So as long as you stay in these fences- Reyna!![*Rooster was interrupted by Reyna's mother who ran over to her and dragged her away. *Rooster looked at Geo and spoke as he unloaded his gun* That right there is why we have these fences. We call them Ghosts of the Darkness. Named for their speed and their ability to only hunt at night. However clearly something is different about these ones. In the past all the ones that are seen in the day are either dead or burning in the sunlight because they couldn't find a cave.

*The beast lunged forward and began to chase Reyna, not being distracted by anyone. But before it could pounce onto Reyna, 2 horses ride in front of it. Rooster aimed his gun at the creatures head and fired, causing it to fall to the ground in pain. He watched the creature with his gun still pointed at it and shouted orders to the other man.* Get the little lady inside now! *The man objected to this claim in a rude manner* Sir, we cant! Its against our orders to open it up to any- *The man was interrupted by Reyna who pointed at him* Look out! *The man looked to his side and was horrified to see one of the beast lunging towards him. It grabbed him with its teeth and carried it over the hills, leaving an ear piercing scream in the air. Rooster watched this happen and looked back at the beast to see it start to get up again. He moved his horse back and reached his hand out to Reyna, who he pulled up onto his horse and quickly began riding back to the fence. The beast got back up slowly and roared, summoning three other beast to it and began to chase Rooster*

*They were right on his heels and with every jump they got closer. Rooster looked down at a metal brace on his arm and quickly deactivated a section of the fence to make it back in before shutting it down and trapping the creatures outside of the fence. Rooster turned his head around and saw the beast try to break through the shield before giving up. But one stayed for a moment, watching Rooster. It had a blue blood oozing from it's right eye and part of its head as it stood there watching him for a minute before leaving as well. Rooster looked back towards Reyna who he lowered to the ground.* I told you not to walk outside the fence, little Rei. *Reyna looked up at him and spoke in a quiet voice* Its Reyna, sir

*Reyna followed the baby to make sure she didn't run off. She followed her into the fields until finally the baby fell down and began to roll around in the grass. But from a distance, Reyna saw something. It was an Okjacattle laying on the ground near the baby. But something didn't seem right about it. And as she walked closer, she noticed it was moving slightly. Once she reached the baby, she picked her up quietly and cautiously until she finally heard something. It was a deep apex predators growl. She began to backpedal slowly and then devolved into a full sprint away from the Okjacattle. As she ran away, a creature stood up from behind the cattle, causing Rey n.v a to scream.*

*Reyna looked down at Sage slightly fearfully. She had never dealt with babies before so this scared her slightly. Then Sage turned around and ran into the fields area, causing Reyna to follow her*

*Up at the front of the caravan, Rooster was smoking while looking over the horizon. Something was off, he could feel it. Then one of the other riders rode up to him* Rooster, remember how you wanted us to do a count yesterday? *Rooster nodded his head and took out his flask, taking a gulp of the whiskey within it, causing some whiskey to trickle down his beard* Well, yesterday's count was about 746 cattle. And now- *The man handed Rooster a electric notepad and Rooster took it to look.* We now have 730 *Then something hit Rooster and he grew fearful. He looked up to the man and uttered new orders* Scan the area. Make sure everyone is accounted for. They've arrived *Rooster turned his horse around and ran down the side of the caravan. He now knew what was wrong.*

	Reyna nodded and leaned back. About 5 minutes later, she looked over to her mother and saw she was dead asleep. She looked back out of the opening of the wagon and saw children playing. She looked at her mother again, then outside. And then back at her mother, then outside. She smiled and jumped out of the wagon and ran to the other kids. [Read more]

Now, start that sentence over[/i] *Reyna huffed before continuing* We are going to be traveling for most of the year, and I'm going to be dreadfully lonely if I can't talk to someone. *Reyna's mother huffed and looked annoyed as she stitched something up* We've discussed this, Reyna, those children out there are riddled with diseases that neither I nor you want to deal with. Especially before we meet Mr. Charles in Ory Gon. *Reyna began to protest* And that's another thing, mother, I dont want to marry that man. He's so much older than me and- *Reyna's mother interrupted her* We've discussed this, Reyna. Mr. Charles is a very wealthy man and he promised he would take care of you to the best of his ability. *Reyna's mother finished stitching and looked up at Reyna. *Reyna got out of her wagon and looked around. She slowly made her way to the front of the caravan and saw Rooster's horse in the front of the group. He surveyed the landscape as he held his gun in his hand. But after a few minutes, he turned around and motioned for everyone to get moving again.* LETS GET MOVING! *The wagon's slowly began to move again and Reyna made her way back to her wagon and sat down. She looked out from the back of the wagon and in the distance she could see something. It was too far away to tell what it was, but it was out there. She then spoke aloud* I've got a bad feeling about this.

*One week later, most people of the caravan were becoming irritable of the long journey ahead. But the children didn't care, all day long they played with eachother and ran through the caravan. Reyna envied them. How free they were. How trapped she felt.*

*Reyna finally reached the front to see that Rooster took a premade cigarette out of his pocket and lit it with a match before continuing. He pointed at a road that lead out of the town.* Those posts lining the road are mean to keep everyone safe. So as long as you stay within those barriers, you will be fine. *Rooster pulled himself up and sat on his Olangihorse for a moment before motioning it to move to the front of the caravan. He projected his voice so everyone could hear him* Alright, listen up! My name is Rooster Coleman, and I will be your guide on this trip. Now let me get somethings straight, you will listen to my orders and follow my rules as long as you are on this trail. If you don't, then I hope getting mauled by Lycanwolfs sounds fun to you. Understand me?

*About 25 minutes later, Reyna sat in her family's wagon, waiting for the leader to arrive. Then she heard yelling from the saloon and not long afterwards watched as Rooster stumbled out of the saloon and ran into a wooden pole outside, causing some to look back at him. Reyna quietly chuckledas she saw this. He gripped the pole for support before taking some steps forward to his Olangihorse. He hoped up onto its saddle to mount it but slide off the other side and fell to the ground, causing many to burst out in laughter*
