*As the girl walked down the street, she came across a group of people who had weird haircuts and clothing. But one thing they all had in common were tattoos that glew neon colors. While walking however, she accidentally bumped into one lady of the group, who looked as physically imposing as she spoke. She had a neon tattoo that glew a bright neon green, but changed to a red when she saw the girl.* Watch it kid! *The girl didn't turn her head, but the woman watched her for a moment as she chewed bright green bubble gum. *Tani smiled as she looked at the crowd. Despite the great losses many of them had suffered, they celebrated knowing that their losses weren't in vain. But then something caught Tani's attention. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Maddy looking down towards the ground. Tani sensed the guilt and defeat that surrounded Maddy, of what she did not know. But she wouldn't press Maddy on what was troubling her. Not yet anyways. Only when she was ready... whenever that time should come.*

*Many miles north however, while the people celebrated, something dark was going on deep in the Iron Mountains. Inside the largest one, a large crowd of people were watching something. They saw seven old men, wearing thick black fur robes and blood red paint on their faces standing in front of an individual wearing war clothing. The largest man stood in the middle and he was flanked by two guards, one held a bowl containing some type of liquid and the other holding something under a small cloak. The man in the middle spoke in a deep voice that he projected over everyone else*

27 moons ago, your king was struck down in the field of battle! *The crowd began to speak loudly in disbelief but they silenced when the man held up his arm to silence them. He then continued* But now, we stand before you to start a new beginning! *The man turned around and dipped his hand into the bowl, revealing it was full of human blood. He turned around and held up the bloody hand* A new dynasty! *He painted the individuals face and stepped back towards the guard holding the covered object and remove the cloth to reveal a crown made of metal thorns. He turned back around and the individual kneeled as the man held it over their head for a moment. They then placed it onto the individuals head and stepped away* Behold your new Queen *The individual stood up and turned around to look towards her people* Talla!! *The people cheered as they looked at Talla. Horns blew from all around in celebration of Talla, while Talla stood in the watchful eye of her people. And as new Queen of the Iron Mountains.*

*Several weeks later, most of the people who had fallen in the battle for Telmar had been buried. The city had mostly been repaired, but all of the citizens were gathering near the city capital. Tani was standing inside, fixing Maddy's hair to be in a nice braid. Her skin was still healing from her burns but at that moment she couldn't feel a thing. She straightened up after doing Maddy's hair and showed her what she looked like in a mirror.* There, what do you think Maddy?

*Maddy looked at her reflection. She was dressed in modest clothing, compared to Tani's new one, but Maddy didn't look like herself. She couldnt stand so she was stuck in a wheelchair. Her skin was lighter in color then Tani's alive looking skin. Bruise colored lines had begun to form under Maddy's. She just looked so defeated in her own eyes. Maddy looked down and spoke sorrowfully* It looks great Tani. Thank you.

*Tani squated down and wrapped her arms around Maddy* Baby, what's wrong? *Maddy hugged Tani back and kissed her forehead.* We should probably head outside. *Tani looked at Maddy and halfheartedly nodded her head. She wanted Maddy to talk to her, but only when Maddy was ready... whenever that would be. Tani grabbed Maddy's wheelchair and helped move Maddy to the door, where they could here people outside. A guard pushed open the door and Tani helped move Maddy outside, where she saw Gwen and Blossom standing with Star, who had an eyepatch over her left eye. She then looked towards her left and saw Barry standing with Luke and Emi. And when she looked forward, she saw Sage standing proudly on a step stool to speak to the people.*

*Tani moved around, attempting to lift herself off the bed. Blossom tried to get Tani to lay back but Tani didn't listen. Instead she lifted herself up and tried to walk over to Maddy's bed, but instead fell to the ground*

*Maddy could hear Gwen and Tirik speak, but she was too tired to talk. To defeated to even acknowledge Tani at that present time. Instead she went to sleep, as Emi tried her best to treat Maddy*

*Talla watched in disbelief how her father was destroyed in a matter of seconds. She then walked down to the ground level. And while she never spoke, her men knew that they had to retreat. They followed Talla to the capital building where they got on their horses and rode out of town, with the Marchhounds following closely behind. The people of Telmar cheered as Talla and the Cloaks left once again. But now came the hard part, of burying their dead. They knew freedom came at a price, and that price would never be cheap. But they held their heads high as those who died didn't die in vain*

*Talla looked back and saw Dylan on the ground. He tried to pull himself away and to his sword. Talla walked to his sword and kicked it away, kneeling down on Dylans chest. He groaned in pain before laughing alittle.* You think you've won, Talla? Look- around you. These people have proven that you will not beat them. *Talla smirked and took out a dagger that she rubbed on Dylans face* Then death will not be a mercy I will grant them. *She stabbed Dylan's hand with the knife causing him to shout in pain. Then Talla heard Maddy's voice shouting at her* Your beef is with me Talla! *Talla looked up at her and saw her standing with a Cloaks knife in hand. Talla smirked and stood up, dragging her sword along with her. Maddy charged forward to stab Talla but Talla hit Maddy in the head, causing her to drop the knife. Talla began to beat Maddy up with her bare hands until Maddy fell to the ground with a bloody face. Talla grabbed Maddy by the throat and lifted her up over the wall. Maddy tried to break Talla's grip, but it was pointless. Talla looked Maddy in the eyes and began to speak in a deep and inhuman voice* Dicit enim Yeri avvos jinak fini- *As Talla spoke, Maddy could feel as though part of her was leaving her body* intelligere nisi lekh dothraki- *Maddy knew this would probably be the end. She tried to keep her eyes open but eventually they closed and she went limp* Yeri sunt quae dubitationem Anha- *A loud boom filled Maddy's ears and Talla shrieked, letting go of Maddy in the process. Maddy began to fall down onto the outside of the wall, hitting many trees along the way until she hit the ground with a thud. She layed there helplessly and as the sound of the battle came to an end and the voice of Talla filled her ears*

*Talla laughed and looked at Irin* No, my boy, it is you who is outnumbered *At that moment, Dylan charged forward towards Talla. Their swords met and this caused Star and Irin to charge forward as well. Talla pushed Dylan back and jumped over Irin and began to fight Star one on one. The two exchanged a few blows before Irin wiped his kanabo at Talla's head. She dodged the strike and used her momentum to kick Irin's legs out from under him, making him fall. But before she could strike him down, Dylan stuck out his sword and caught Talla's just before it hit Irin. Dylan kicked Talla backwards and Star began to fight Talla as Dylan attempted to help Irin to his feet. Talla dueled with Star, but having two swords Star was overwhelmed until Talla slashed Star's face, blinding her right eye. But before Talla could land a killing blow, Dylan charged Talla, causing Talla to kick Star backwards and focus her attention towards Dylan and Irin. Talla jumped over Dylan as to attack him from behind but was met with Irin's kanabo which she blocked with one sword and fought Dylan with the other. And after several more hits, Talla saw Dylans weakspot and exploited it, stabbing him in the side, nearly killing him.*

*Now Talla focused all of her attention on Irin, who spun his kanabo around and charged Talla. He hit Talla's borrowed sword with the kanabo, knocking it out of her right hand. Talla used his own weight against him once again and knocked him back, causing him to to fall backwards. Talla ferociously attacked Irin, eventually breaking his kanabo. He quickly grabbed the sword Talla dropped and fought her with it, but before he knew it, Talla's own sword was lodged into his gut. He froze and looked at her, as if he couldn't believe what had happened. She brought him close to herself and whispered into his ear* And now, you die. *Talla withdrew her sword and kicked him off the wall and down into the battle below*

*Talla slowly began to stand up. She wobbled around for a moment as she grabbed her sword and readjusted. She was then saw Irin and Star walking towards her, weapons drawn. She then quipped at them.* So it appears my sister is having her friends die for her- *She then sarcastically shrugged and grabbed the sword of a fallen Cloak* So it seems you will both die braver then others. *Talla pointed both swords at Star and Irin. But then she heard a voice behind her* They wont die alone then. *Talla turned around and saw Dylan standing there, with his sword in one hand and a light shield in the other. Talla scoffed* You traitor! You work for me! *Dylan shook his head* I almost killed my friend because of you *Dylan made a fighting stance as he looked at Talla* And I dont intend on making that mistake again!

*Benton turned around and dodged the strike of Irin's kanabo before lunging forward towards Irin, but Irin was ready to strike. Benton tried to block the kanabo with his sword, but his sword snapped in half. But before Benton realized it, Irin readied for another strick and hit Benton's legs, causing him to fall off the wall and to the ground inside the wall. After several seconds, Benton began to collect himself and saw a bone sticking out of his leg, causing him to cry out in pain. At that moment, he heard the cries of Marchhounds and realized his mistake. Before he knew it, several Marchhounds began to slowly walk into his view. Benton put his hands out and fearfully began to plead to them* No wait! I'm on your side! *The Marchhounds ignored him and began to move closer* Stop! I command you!! *The Marchhounds stopped and began to crouch down* Good! I'm on your side! I'm on your s- *At that moment one of the Marchhounds ripped his right arm off, causing him to scream in pain and terror, as the other Marchhounds pounced and began to rip Benton to pieces.*

*Maddy's sword sent sparks flying upon every impact of Talla's sword. Talla's sheer furiousity and power was much greater then when they last fought. Maddy managed to catch Talla's sword on her own and the two weapons made an ear piercing screech. The two looked eachother in the eyes as their weapons met. Talla then began to speak* I've waited so long for this moment sister! For 5 years I wasted away in that forest, but now it will be your time to die! *Talla pushed Maddy backwards, causing Maddy to fall down onto the wall. Talla ran towards Maddy and jumped in the air, causing Maddy to raise her sword in the air to defend herself. But when their swords collided, Maddy's sword shattered while Talla was thrown backwards by the impact. Maddy continued to hold the hilt of her broken sword in her hand. She looked at the pieces of it, scattered on the wall, in utter disbelief that the weapon she used to defeat Talla the last time, was now destroyed*

*Maddy ran after Talla before looking up and deciding to cut them off. She got onto the roofs of the homes near the wall until she jumped off and stood in front of Talla after cutting down 2 Cloaks. Maddy gripped her glowing sword tightly as she looked at Talla, Benton, and the Cloaks protecting her father. Even from there she could see the deep inhumanity in Talla's eyes. Talla turned towards the Cloaks and spoke to them* Get my father back home. *Talla then looked back towards Maddy.* Me and Benton will take care of her. *Benton sighed. He looked as though he wanted nothing to do with this. He drew a rather pathetic looking sword from his cane and held it out towards Maddy before whipping it to his side* You never should have left, pet! *From the distance, Maddy heard the cries of Marchhounds as they began to race through the city, but she never shifted her gaze from Talla and Benton. Suddenly they both charged forward and attacked Maddy. Their swords crashed together and they became intertwined in a duel*

*Talla swiftly drew her blade and cut the heads off several militia men. She dodged their strikes with ease and quickly struck them down before they could even attempt to fight. She then turned to some Cloaks and barked orders at them* Get my father out of here! *The Cloaks nodded and they huddled around her father, as they made their way out of the battle, with Benton trailing behind.*

*From the ground, Maddy saw Talla and knew what she had to do. She struck down several Cloaks and made her way up the wall, dodging any attacks and running after them*

*Maddy ran down into the lower levels and found what remained of the Telmarian Guard. She quickly began opening their cells and delegating them.* I need 5 men to help open the cells, the rest of you forum down to the Armory, understood? *The men nodded and began doing their assigned tasks. As more cells were opened, more soldiers began to help opening cells and distributing armor and weapons. After ten minutes, they followed Maddy to the top level where they waited for Maddy's signal. Maddy observed them all. They weren't like the soldiers she fought alongside with 5 years prior. They were better equipped, but she still wondered if it would be enough.* Today will not be easy. Most of us wont make it to nightfall. But if it takes a hundred days just like this to rid ourselves of these oppressors, we will fight to remind them that we will not go quietly into the night! *The soldiers cheered* We will not vanish without a fight! *The soldiers cheered louder* We're going to live on! We're going to survive! *The soldier cheered once again* Because today! We will remind them that this is our land!! *The men cheered one last time before charging forward out of the barracks, where some were met with a barrage of arrows and others took cover behind the barrack doors. But then, the Cloaks to ceased fire. Maddy heard a voice from the wall, speaking in a condescending and menacing tone.* Well done, my daughter! Well done!

*From behind the barrack doors, Maddy slowly looked out and saw her father standing on the wall, along with Talla and Benton, who was wearing a small amount of battle armor. He stood with his cane in his hands, and he looked 10 years older than he did the previous day. Maddy turned her attention to her father who stood looking down at her* I am so glad you have decided to reveal yourself at last! I was beginning to think that Benton was withholding you from us. *Benton smirked and turned towards him* See my lord, I told the trut- *Maddy's father slapped his face* Silence you little weasel! *The smile had been wiped from Benton's face and he stepped back like a sad puppy. Maddy's father looked down back towards the barracks.* Now, daughter, step forth so you may receive your punishment. *Her father drew his sword and waited. Maddy then heard whooshing sound and the groan of a man. She looked out towards the wall and saw the man next to her father had an arrow right through his chest. She then heard a loud war cry as barbaric men jumped onto the wall and began fighting the Cloaks. One of the men turned towards Maddy* Who are they? *Maddy grabbed her sword tightly* Pur reignforcements! Charge!!! *Tge guard cheered and charged after Maddy into the horse of Cloaks*

*Maddy walked through Telmar cautiously. The sun was now mostly up, but luckily the city wasnt fully awake yet, but she knew it wouldn't be like this for long. She finally reached the barracks building and to her surprise, she saw no guards. She looked around before continuing to move towards the barrack doors and then she finally heard voices. She poked her head in slightly and saw two guards playing cards. Even from there she could smell the stench of alchohol on their breath. Then one stood up and walked back towards a giant barrel with more liquor inside.* Callus, why do you do this? Wh-Why do you always cheat when playing cards? *Maddy moved slightly and grabbed an arrow and the bow from her back. She slowly loaded and aimed the first arrow for 'Callus' head and fired, killing him instantly. The other one continued talking, unaware of what had happened* -Just dont understand why we cant use axes instead of swords. Like, they work so much better *Maddy slowly walked inside the barracks and walked behind the other Cloak, before stabbing him and covering his mouth to muffle his cries.*

*Maddy brushed some hair out of his face* I am very scared. But someone I love so dearly depends on us. So I don't let my fear consume me. *Maddy poked her finger to his chest* And neither should you, ok? *Barry nodded and Maddy smiled. She stood back up and grab some more weapons and the two of them quickly made their way back to the tunnel entrance. Once there, Maddy put some of her weapons down and then looked at Barry* Take some swords and bring them to the others, and quickly. I need to get this to the others.
