*Inside the base, an alarm rang out from inside one of the rooms. Reyna opened her eyes and tiredly looked around her room. Her room was dark and mostly empty, with the exception of her Crustle who was sleeping in the corner of the room and some clothes that were on the floor. As she became more awake, she slapped her alarm, making it stop ringing. Reyna sat up in her bed and spoke aloud.* Serena, blinds. *A computer voice rang throughout her room. It was the soft voice of a human, but it still sounded emotionless* Opening blinds *The blinds opened in Reyna's room and she stood up and she began to walk in her PJ's.* Serena, TV *The voice spoke again* Television on *As the TV turned on, a lady dressed in a suit began to speak sorrowfully* -erts, and Melanie Richard's are just a few more if the over 3 dozen people who have vanished in the last 3 weeks.

*Reyna listened to the television as she walked into the bathroom and undressed herself before walking into the shower and turning on the water. A screen came out of the wall and continued playing the news to Reyna. After a few minutes, Reyna turned off the water, and stepped out of the shower, drying herself off first before wrapping a towel around her body and hair. She picked up her PJ's and spoke again* Serena Laundry. *The voice spoke once more before the clothes were grabbed by a metal arm and pulled into the wall* Starting Laundry. *Reyna walked through the base and back into her room, where another screen popped out of the wall and continued playing the news* Serena, TV off. *The voice spoke* Turning off television. *The tv turned off and went back into the wall and Reyna layed on her bed, looking up at the ceiling. The she rubbed her face* Crap, today's Tuesday.

*Reyna lowered her hand and sprawled her arms out on her bed. She then felt something nudging her bed. She looked down and saw her Crustle looking at her. She smiled and spoke to it* Hey buddy, you want something to eat? *Crustle nodded his head and spoke happily. She laughed alittle and stood up* Let me just get changed buddy. We got some new recruits coming in today. *Crustle happily exclaimed alittle before walking out of the room and towards the kitchen. Reyna's smile then slowly faded. She took a few deep breaths in and out before standing up and closing the door to get changed*

*That's what all of the electronic posters said. They portrayed Modthos as such a developed region, where everyone gets along. But that wasn't true, only Valentine City was developed enough to have the monorails, everywhere else was just to unstable due to the landscape and weather. But no one outside the city cared. Welcome to the Modthos Region Ranger Division! My name is Reyna, but you can call me Rei. I am the currently the acting ranger captain of Squilt Station until the rest of the regions rangers return from a mission. On January 2nd, 2021 at 11:05 PM, I officially made #10 on the "Most Pokedex Entries" with 1502!!

*Talla followed the girl for alittle while until she saw the girl stretch beginning to stretch out her wings. For a moment, Talla thought to herself, but then shook her head and walked backwards away from the girl. A few minutes later, she saw her friends outside of a building with loud music blasting from within.* Hey Talla! Where you been? *Talla looked up and smiled* Didn't Lionel tell you? I went to follow that little prick who bumped into me. *The guy shook his head* Naw, Lionel split couple minutes ago with that girl he's been hangin' with. Said he was finally gonna get lucky. *The whole group laughed and Talla shook her head* Knowing Lionel, we'll see him in a garbage can half naked on Wednesday. *The group continued to laugh but Talla couldn't get her mind off something. There was just something about that girl, she sensed it. And although she could feel and hear her friends talking to her, she just couldn't get out of her own head until one of them shook her vigorously* Talla? *As the girl walked down the street, she came across a group of people who had weird haircuts and clothing. But one thing they all had in common were tattoos that glew neon colors. While walking however, she accidentally bumped into one lady of the group, who looked as physically imposing as she spoke. She had a neon tattoo that glew a bright neon green, but changed to a red when she saw the girl.* Watch it kid! *The girl didn't turn her head, but the woman watched her for a moment as she chewed bright green bubble gum. *Tani smiled as she looked at the crowd. Despite the great losses many of them had suffered, they celebrated knowing that their losses weren't in vain. But then something caught Tani's attention. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Maddy looking down towards the ground. Tani sensed the guilt and defeat that surrounded Maddy, of what she did not know. But she wouldn't press Maddy on what was troubling her. Not yet anyways. Only when she was ready... whenever that time should come.*

*Many miles north however, while the people celebrated, something dark was going on deep in the Iron Mountains. Inside the largest one, a large crowd of people were watching something. They saw seven old men, wearing thick black fur robes and blood red paint on their faces standing in front of an individual wearing war clothing. The largest man stood in the middle and he was flanked by two guards, one held a bowl containing some type of liquid and the other holding something under a small cloak. The man in the middle spoke in a deep voice that he projected over everyone else*

He then continued* But now, we stand before you to start a new beginning! *The man turned around and dipped his hand into the bowl, revealing it was full of human blood. He turned around and held up the bloody hand* A new dynasty! *He painted the individuals face and stepped back towards the guard holding the covered object and remove the cloth to reveal a crown made of metal thorns. He turned back around and the individual kneeled as the man held it over their head for a moment. They then placed it onto the individuals head and stepped away* Behold your new Queen *The individual stood up and turned around to look towards her people* Talla!! *The people cheered as they looked at Talla. Horns blew from all around in celebration of Talla, while Talla stood in the watchful eye of her people. And as new Queen of the Iron Mountains.*

*Several weeks later, most of the people who had fallen in the battle for Telmar had been buried. The city had mostly been repaired, but all of the citizens were gathering near the city capital. Tani was standing inside, fixing Maddy's hair to be in a nice braid. Her skin was still healing from her burns but at that moment she couldn't feel a thing. She straightened up after doing Maddy's hair and showed her what she looked like in a mirror.* There, what do you think Maddy?

*Maddy looked at her reflection. She was dressed in modest clothing, compared to Tani's new one, but Maddy didn't look like herself. She couldnt stand so she was stuck in a wheelchair. Her skin was lighter in color then Tani's alive looking skin. Bruise colored lines had begun to form under Maddy's. She just looked so defeated in her own eyes. Maddy looked down and spoke sorrowfully* It looks great Tani. Thank you.

*Tani squated down and wrapped her arms around Maddy* Baby, what's wrong? *Maddy hugged Tani back and kissed her forehead.* We should probably head outside. *Tani looked at Maddy and halfheartedly nodded her head. She wanted Maddy to talk to her, but only when Maddy was ready... whenever that would be. Tani grabbed Maddy's wheelchair and helped move Maddy to the door, where they could here people outside. A guard pushed open the door and Tani helped move Maddy outside, where she saw Gwen and Blossom standing with Star, who had an eyepatch over her left eye. She then looked towards her left and saw Barry standing with Luke and Emi. And when she looked forward, she saw Sage standing proudly on a step stool to speak to the people.*

*Tani moved around, attempting to lift herself off the bed. Blossom tried to get Tani to lay back but Tani didn't listen. Instead she lifted herself up and tried to walk over to Maddy's bed, but instead fell to the ground*

*Maddy could hear Gwen and Tirik speak, but she was too tired to talk. To defeated to even acknowledge Tani at that present time. Instead she went to sleep, as Emi tried her best to treat Maddy*
