Mount Quetmel
The main location where the resistance resides. The peaceful village is built into the side of a mountain, much like Mesa Verde. Due to the lack of materials, the houses are often made out of sandstone and mud. In the center of the small town resides Professor Hop. The town center is often filled with young kids ready to start their journey.

Eastcliff
This peaceful town is built in a wide ravine. The majority of the resistance’s food comes from Eastcliff, as it’s one of the few places sunny enough to grow crops. The place has really picked up since Milo arrived, and now it isn’t uncommon to find Wooloo rolling around in the fields. The main attractions are the corn mazes and Milo’s gym. The gym is situated at the end of the town, and a large wooden fence encircles the gym. The buildings in this town are made of wood and stone.

Islesbury
A larger town than typical for the resistance, this town is situated in an underground lake. If you swim down far enough you can eventually surface at the ocean. It is a rather breathtaking sight, especially when the lights go out. The water reflects the light of the multicolored rocks from above, creating a wonderful illusion. The water appears to be several shades of greens, yellows, and blues. The people in this town often compare its beauty to that of the sky. As the sun begins to set, the water takes on a more pinkish shade. Wild pokemon can often be found swimming in the water, as well as something else. The main attractions are the man-made beach and their art exhibits. Lana’s gym is completely outdoors, taking place on a small island they created in the water.

Seameet

Seameet is further into the caves, the waters from Islesbury slowly narrowed into a single stream. Similarly to Bellonlea, the light comes from bioluminescent mushrooms, though the colors are much more bland. The town makes up for the lack of natural colors by painting their homes with vibrant colors of greens, pinks, and yellows. Each house is turned into a piece of art, and every public building has a mural always contributed to it by the various townsfolk. Many pass through the town to look at the wonderful works of art made by the people. Morty’s gym stands out among the colored buildings, being colored in deeper shades of green and yellow.

Goldmire
Goldmire is not so much a town as it is a city. Due to its location underground, it is not able to expand upwards, instead it stretches out for more than the eye can see. It’s easy to get lost in the city, and the townsfolk are currently in the process of building a monorail system. The city is named after it’s abundance of pyrite, also known as fools gold. The residents enjoy tricking newcomers by giving them a pyrite nugget, claiming it’s made of gold. The pranks are completely harmless however, and the pyrite nuggets can still be sold outside of the city for a decent amount of money. The greatest sight is the golden gate, it’s also the entrance to the city. Made entirely out of pyrite, these gates are always open. Norman has established his gym in the North side of Goldmire, the South holds Viola’s gym.

Lyndon
Lyndon sits in the center of the resistance’s cave systems. It’s full of stalactites and stalagmites. In the center of the town sits a large stadium. It’s heavily inspired by Galar’s stadiums, and covered with bioluminescent plants to glow just like the neon lights. Here is where the yearly tournament is held. It’s a big event, and the city is decked out with all sorts of signs and promotional posters.

Newhaven
The oldest of the villages, Newhaven was the first safeplace built in the cave systems. It’s buildings are by far the most advanced, looking similar to modern buildings. There are several empty clearings where people first tried to grow crops, though they have long been emptied. Children can now be found running around in the dirt. Roark quickly placed his claim on the town, building his gym by one of the empty dirt lots.

Faylea
Faylea is the brightest village in the caves, Elesa having found a way to power their lights with the abundance of electric pokemon in the caves. The village of Faylea is a rather modern town. While it doesn’t quite have as much materials as Newhaven, they have worked hard to create new kinds of technology. They often export handcrafted batteries to Goldmire to assist with the monorail project. Little stuffed pichu’s can be found in windows of houses, as a sign of appreciation for the pichu, pikachu, and raichu. Elesa’s gym is built into one of the cave walls.

Westcourt
Westcourt is known for its public parks. It’s one of the few places in the cave system that gets fresh air blowing through. This is due to the way the cave eroded. It left small pockets above them, essentially creating wind tunnels that leads straight to their town. Every year the people try and plant some tall grasses so they can watch it blow in the wind, however it is rarely successful. This leads to a few patches of dried up grass sitting alone in the dirt. Blaine has built his gym in this town.

Route 6 - A caved in route. It was supposed to be an easier way to reach Seameet
Route 7 - Connects Islesbury to Seameet, usually filled with water that reaches the ankles.
Route 8 - Connects Seameet to Goldmire. Usually infested with Diglett and Zubat.
Route 9 - Connects Goldmire to Lyndon
Route 10 - Connects Lyndon to Westcourt.
