(For those of you what don't know, Characters with super strength in fiction are put into a number class based on how many tons they would be able to lift over their heads. Ex: 10 class=max 10 tons, 50 class, 100 class.
Since Grandar is still human, He has a max default Class of 5 from his intense training and powers. His power works by him flexing and charging his power to multiply his strength. With this in mind, Grandar can Charge his power to double his Class number but it requires him to have a charge time equal to his current class. So to get to 10 class from 5 class he needs to charge for five minutes. Each charge makes him double as strong but half as fast with boosts to his overall size and pain endurance. Every charging session takes longer and longer, making him at risk for serious damage as he can't do much while charging.
Each new level makes him generally harder to beat as he can adapt higher strength to form creative abilities. However, he can Not pass class 80 without completely destroying his body in the process.

TLDR: Grandar has strength 5 and can double it after being useless for 5 minutes then when at 10, he can double it but only after now 10 minutes and so on and so forth.)

He pats the child one last time and starts to head over to his arena entrance. "It is time." He opened the door on his side and walked into the battle grounds, taking his shirt off and loosening his pants. He begins to stretch and slowly build flexing reserves.

Grandar laughed and cheered on the smolrade. "Haha! Would you look at that! You've been blessed with a fire breather! What luck! And at least nobody was hurt. Everybody knows the young always have trouble controlling their powers as infants. My father used to tell me stories of how I used to break everything in site and burn out in seconds while in diapers. Including my parent's bones at times. Of course, My family would always just borrow a healer from a few provinces over. She apparently needed 'practice' with her healing or what have you." He rested and watched early to see if the child would do it again. Satisfied, he stood up and looked back down to Nina and Lucky. "Thank you, Comrade, if I do meet my Gods in the next world, my leaving will be in happiness." He then turns and starts walking to the stadium, mentally preparing himself for what's ahead.

Grandar is thoroughly confused. "Comrade, do you have my Smolrade's Mother in that box? Last time I checked, she was not made of ice cream. I'm afraid I'll have to release her now." He then walks past the man unfazed and with a finger, taps the ice, creating a crack in the ice that climbs all over the box, eventually shattering it. He holds on tight to Solas and Smolrade while checking on Nina's condition. "Excuse me Nina-comrade, this man claims to be the father of smolrade, do you wish that I give him the child?"

But, that's how the means of exchange works, you give me something I desire, in this case, 40 scoops of ice cream, and I give you something you want, in this case, legal tender.." He takes a step away from this mysterious man. "Excuse me, Comrade, while I'm not aware of which province you origin from, but the predatory action of cooing children of which you have no connection to is considered a form of Crime. Grandar is still busy using all 3 of his brain cells to figure out Nuclear fission when Lucky nudges him. He was never the best at reading emotions so he doesn't pick up the trouble imminently. "Smolrade? What is the matter? And where is your mother? Actually...where is everybody? Have they all gone to get food without me?" He picks up the scared child and holds her close to his chest, carrying her out of the stands. "Oi? Solas-comrade, why are you up? And who are you talking to?" He rushes over and also picks up the still-weak Solas in the same, kinda humiliating, way as Lucky. "And who are you, stranger? And why do you have such a large Ice box? Oh! Are you the ice cream man? You will not believe how long I looked for you."

Though this process is usually done in plants that are only due to the massive recoil the radiation may have on the user, however, I believe that Nova-Conrade has a powered endurance to such an effect and can create unstable molecules using what is already in the air."
