I think I forgot to clarify that only people who haven't won can recycle their tickets .w.'
This will be applied starting next round (since this one already started, it might be unfair to change it for this round) :>
~~... that was my original intention for adding that part, but I somehow forgot that detail and ended up having winners be able to recycle tickets too xD~~
