It seems to be a problem with the credit card payment option. What happens when you select a different option (just for testing)?

It seems that XSolla has updated their payment interface quite significantly last night.
The functionality should still be the same, but the layout is different.

For me, it still seems to work perfectly. I have a drop down where I can select the nugget bundles; the same as before. Could you provide a screenshot perhaps?

Seems like Mew was a bit shy this year :D
The plushie is now available (don't worry if you spent DPs before it appeared; they still count as they would normally)

PokéHeroes' 10th anniversary
New updates and future plans

<img src="//staticpokeheroes.com/img/news/10_anniversary.png" style="float: right; margin-left: 8px; width: 24%">
On July 1st, 2013, PokéHeroes was officially released to the worldwide web! Or in other words: More than 280,000 members ago, more than 9 Billion interactions ago, 294 news posts ago, more than 41 Million adopted Pokémon ago... It all began on Monday, July 1st.
What an exciting journey it has been so far! The game that originally started as a simple "adopt, hatch and train" game evolved into a multi facetted community-centred browsergame with dozens of quests, side-stories, lores, recurring events, contests, memes, and more! Back in 'ye older days when shiny hunting wasn't a thing yet, interacting first required you to do two clicks, then a click and the "N"-key, and later only one click; back in 'ye older days, when the Daycare Owner didn't have a face yet and was later branded by the community in a drawing contest; back in 'ye older days, when there was no wiki!
So much has changed, so much has evolved. And all of that because of your amazing and dedicated staff and our loyal members whom some of which have been with us for just as long.

Time to celebrate the past and to look to the future!

Meet Keshi: A Hipster lurking in the shadows

<img src="//staticpokeheroes.com/img/quests/necrozma/keshi_lantern.png" style="float: left; width: 25%; max-width: 414px; margin-right: 6px">"Yoo, 'sup lads! Keshi's the name. Pretty funky town you've got going here. Bunch'a boomers here 'n there, sure, but like—great venues and all. Got gamblin', alright, got nice beach, got like cute plushies 'n stuff. Totes down for all that! Kappa.
Anyway. Know of any music stores in town? But like, not like these modern shoops an' all. I'm more like into old stuff, y'know? Like the Volbeatles. Or NidoQueen. ... Ah, anyway, you don't look like you've got the groove! But if you do - and if by any chance you find some hot 'nyls I could listen to - then do meet me at the Ancient Cave! Sound's much better in there, with lots'a echo. Trust me!"

This new permanently available quest can be started at the Ancient Cave when the following criteria are met:
- You must own at least one "Old Vinyl"
- You must own a "Good Rod"
- You must own a "Shadow Radar" (Can be purchased from the shop after reaching Trainerlevel 20)

The Quest can be repeated as often as you'd like. One Old Vinyl is consumed in every repetition.

This new quest is now live.

Fixed shiny rates like retros or the current Zeraora Event are not affected by it.

Thank you for your feedback!

I fully get what you mean, and I'm sorry to hear that the prize distribution hadn't been the best experience for you. To clarify right away: The procedure is indeed that the winner should contact me directly via PM as soon as they're ready (i.e. they have an empty spot in their party). If I just sent the shiny right away, some users with a full party would receive a hatched version - which not everyone may want.

Though I agree that we should make this more clear in the future. I'll let the contest team know that it would be best to include this info in the contest description or the winner announcement.

Zeraora is back to town!

Attention residents and trainers of Emera Town, we have breaking news for you:
The mysterious Pokémon from the Alola-Region, Zeraora, has been sighted once again near the Town Square of our beloved town! It hides in the shadows and apparently watches trainers interacting with their Pokémon. It seems to be attracted by love and kind gestures - so let's show Zeraora that our town is the most warm-hearted one in the country!

How to meet Zeraora:
Zeraora will appear randomly in your Userbar while you're interacting. The more interactions you make, the higher are your chances to meet it.

It might take a thousand interactions, sometimes even ten thousand or more until you meet it - so you'll need a little luck and patience!
Once Zeraora appears in your userbar, it will stay there until you click on it and claim its gift.

<div id="greenfield">Feeding berries (instead of "training" a Pokémon) gives a 20% higher chance of encountering Zeraora!</div>

Zeraora's Gift
Zeraora gives you the choice between two different gifts:
A legendary Zerora Egg and a Zeraora Plushie (with a 20% chance of being shiny)! The decision is up to you!

Increase Zeraora's shiny chance
Starting from this year, you can actively increase the odds of receiving a Shiny Zerora egg by first accepting Zerora Plushies as the gift you receive. Every time you claim the plushie gift, the shiny chance for the next Zerora egg you'll claim increases. Your current shiny chance is always displayed below the Zeraora egg option on the event page.
As soon as you claim a Zeraora egg, however, the chance resets back to normal and you'll have to "shiny chain" the plushies again. So it might be advisable to stay patient until the odds are high enough!
And if you are superduper patient and want to reach a 100% shiny chance, then there's good news: The shiny odds are carried over to the next time Zeraora comes back to town, so you can continue to raise it year by year - however long it will take you.

This event ends on June 25th 2023, at 11:59PM.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Show hidden content

Q: Can I have more than one Zeraora in my userbar?
A: No.

Q: Can I get more than one Zeraora during this event?
A: Yes, it's theoretically unlimited.

Q: Do clicklists count?
A: Yes, all interactions count. Training, feeding, clicklists, free hugs on the Index-Page... everything! Also all kinds of interactions give you the same chance to find Zeraora.

Q: Do my interactions for this event reset at midnight?
A: As said, there is a random chance of finding Zeraora after every interaction. There is no counter that has to reach a limit or whatever. The chances are the same after each interaction.

Q: Does Zeraora automatically disappear from my userbar?
No, Zeraora will stay in your userbar until you claim its gift (i.e. the egg) or until the event ends. Even when you try to claim the egg while your party is full, it will still stay there and wait for you to come back.

Q: Does Zeraora break my shiny chain?
A: No.

They hadn't been removed, there was just a conflict with a hard-scheduled event at that time, so the "dynamic" rotation was disabled for a few days. I'll move this to "Solved" since the events are actually happening again every 2 weeks.

This bug has now been fixed.

Please note that in order to fully explore an area (especially at a high level), your Pokémon must explore the area for more than 2 hours. Because basically, in two hours the Pokémon won't go too far, thus not reach the farthest corners of the area.
I don't know exactly why the report at the end of a mission still showed that new parts were explored, but they actually weren't in your case.

Fix #2: I've found out that the invisible Pokemon eggs actually do exist, they were just stored at an invalid location.
I have now moved unhatched quest eggs to your Egg storage (even if you don't have enough capacity) and your hatched quest eggs to your first Storage Box. Please check there and move your eggs back to your party in order to continue with the quest.

Sorry it took a while, but the issue should now be fixed!

You should've received the Alola Map regardless, but indeed missed out on the Alolan Vulpix... I hope that's alright'ish? ><'
There's no real easy way to check in hindsight who "missed out on the Alolan Vulpix" and should thus now receive one... But if you urgently and really care about it, then do let me know. But remember that you can also get it via breeding and from the Alola region itself.

You still have a full day to find the remaining eggs, everyone! I believe in you - you can do it! 😊
And don't be sad if you don't manage to find all 20. Remember that there's a redistributed event with a strongly increased shiny chance as a consolation prize.

Also wanted to express special thanks to our staff (as well as all users who contributed in the egg spriting contest!) for making this event happen :)

Eggs have been hidden once more, see this post.
As a "sorry for the inconvience", the event has been extended by 1 day and the shiny chance will be boosted even further for the reward(s) you can get.
