	What you see, is decided randomly. The scores decide the possible Bugs that will hatch from the Egg and their rating [you're more likely to get an Egg that is "Supertalented" if you have a higher score]. However, the score does not decide how many of those ratings are revealed. That's all RNG. [Read more]

	@socks - That seems a bit scewed, because the other Forme Change Items have been made available several times throughout the years (or are still available). 	Riako has said several times that the well does increase the chances of whatever it throws out (breeding, shinies, mega), but for only 100 PD it's not gonna be a massive boost. RNG is still going to be the major player for your chances. [Read more]
