Kieran spotted something on the ground... it appeared to be a guitar, but he knew how monster items could work, sometimes they looked like other things. "Hey, Darreon!" He called to the monster, relieved to use his voice again. "You left your guitar axe!" Maybe he could be useful for once in this fight. Hopefully the daemon wouldn't wonder why he knew his name if they'd never really spoken.

	Unfortunately, that tree happened to be the one that Kieran was sitting on... He leaped over to a nearby one, and heaved himself up. He was far too weak to be fighting, might as well keep himself out of it. He was too focused to register Melody's call. [Read more]

A zombie hand appeared seemingly out of nowhere and grabbed Kieran. As he struggled to get out, he felt sparks of the fiery battle singe his fur. Great. He was captured, and now his fur was being set on fire! Out of sight from everyone else, he realised a quick and easy way to get out of both predicaments at once. He quickly shapeshifted back into his human form. The zombie holding him grunted in surprised, and Kieran launched himself up into a tree, where it was harder for zombies to reach him. He stretched for a few seconds, relieved to be back into this form after the full moon.

	After darting through the crowd of zombies, Kieran found himself cornered once again. He hissed at the approaching zombies, before spotting... Darreon! The monster was in his dragon-like form, incinerating the zombies. Seeing such a sight gave Kieran some motivation and adrenaline. He leaped up a tree, looking for a way he could help. [Read more]

	Kieran tumbled across the ground, panting, as the crow dropped him. Letting out a yelp of discomfort... he opened his eyes... to find he was now surrounded by zombies! Kieran did his best to weave between the legs of them, which seemed to confuse them well enough. Hopefully he could keep this up... [Read more]

After he stopped freaking out, Kieran had to admit that the view was... actually quite nice. The sun was setting, making the sky a lovely shade of orange. Speaking of which... he could transform back into a human again! But one part of him told him to stay put. He could wait until they were out... and he wouldn't have to show any of the humans. He could avoid any of the awkwardness altogether. After debating in his mind, he gave into that side of him. He could wait.

	Kieran's eyes widened as the crow happily snatched him up in one talon. The feeling made him feel like an owl's prey... but it was what he had to go through to get back home. Thinking of Princeville made Kieran realize how attached he'd grown to the town. This was the first expedition out of town that he'd done that was over a day, and he found he was already missing it.
