This suggestion is just a minor update possible on the current Easter event that came from feedback of some of the users out here who are having some problems to figure out the number of eggs they have collected. This implies mostly for the mobile users out here.

Since there are certain eggs that are lighter and it becomes a bit difficult to figure out whether you have actually collected it or not and to save time it would be good if we could have a clear cut text counter that shows our current progress ? Maybe

Basically something like this is what i mean :


Whatever this is just a minor update that can possibly help to save time in counting the number of eggs or to make sure whether you have a certain egg or not (If that's not visible clearly). Feel free to share your opinion.

Bless your soul Yeah, a lot of people are having problems with the pink and purple egg so you can't just "count," it.

People often think the PH sprites are bland. Do they shade? Well, yes they do. You'll be surprised how much care is taken for these sprites.

great idea what about if instead of having undiscovered eggs faded they looked like lab eggs and only get the sprite when found?

@Dracojax that works quiet same of what has been suggested above by me however you'll have to count the number of eggs manually apart from that its the same thing working in a different manner.

Except that you wouldn't have a guide on the egg's appearance, if they started out as a lab sprite.

Actually, I was thinking of the same! To look what I've got in my bag, I had to select all those eggs and count the darker ones......!

Please do. All the eggs are so pretty, but I have a hard time enjoying the more pastel ones because I'm too busy trying to figure out if I found it or not aha.

Full support.

There are myriad reasons this is helpful but most is allowing people with vision difficulties to enjoy the events like Easter egg hunts (or other collect X amount of X# events) to its full capacity.

Seems many have the same idea it would be super helpful.

Full support. I can't tell the color change on some of them so no idea if I have them and don't want to miss out on a new poke if I accidentally don't get them all.

Yep, before posting this suggestion i had this reason in my mind as well i.e to help the colorblind users who can't notice minor color differences but i wasn't sure how to put it up as in i didn't want to mention the colorblind aspect just because few users might take it the other way round, so i ignored it by purpose.

Yeah colorblind users is also a good point.

So the three reasons are;

1.Aesthetic
2.Light eggs
3.Colorblind users

Negatives:
10 seconds lost

I do hope Riako adds this soon :P

I have a solution.. if you just click and drag your mouse from the top left area above the first egg to the bottom right area of the last egg, You al will get to see which eggs you are missing!! ( the missing eggs will be highlighted in light blue shade!
