@GoldPeasant : Either choices are fine.. since they all go to the same link anyways.

So, you'll still get the Hoopa (egg) whichever option you'll pick. ;)

How does this work? Do you just open a treasure with it inside by chance? Cause since I reached the right level I opened the right box a couple of times and it was just gems etc.. :P
Am I doing something wrong?

It's still a random chance.
You have a 1/9 chance of getting the right chest, but that doesn't mean that the right chest always holds Hoopa. There are plenty other prizes that can be won, as you can see in the table at the bottom of the page ;)

I'm not able to get any hoopa in the box.... I've got a quest of the rowan to find a lost item in the rumble. Is this the reason for not finding the naughty pokemon

yes, you can't get the Hoopaquest if any other quest from the Professor is still running.

I’ve gotten him from the chests twice now, but got stuck on finding the fourth prison ring (I gave up already). The third one I found while interacting though, so that was a nice surprise

Q1. What if we find a Hoppa in a Treasure box and the weather is Thunderstorm, Then the rings can be on Los Seashellos Restuarent or Leah the Mermaid Page?

Q2. If no, What if we get the Hoopa quest before Thunderstorm and after some time the weather changes to Thunderstorm, The rings can be on those Beach pages or not?

I think the rings can still spawn on those pages regardless of the weather. You'll just have to wait until the thunderstorm is over.
