'The best' is subjective; personal opinion.
To me, this site would take a step back if Riako suddenly decided to invest into battling (hypothetically speaking, of course). I'm not a big fan of battling, even less when it's competitive or with real people.

Just because it would make the site better in your eyes, doesn't mean it would make the site better overall. I love the small side features on PokéHeroes as they are and absolutely love the fact that battling isn't pushed on me every chance it gets.

It is an adopting/hatching site, with fun little things to do in between interacting; 'improving battle' will not make it 'better', it will change the purpose of the site.

It already looks to me like the best Pokemon adoptable site, if not from all the adoptable sites. I don't particularly like battling and I am happy with the current system. Pokeheroes is such a good site at first because it is diffrent. It is not like the normal pokemon adoptable sites. You are not focused on battling and fulling the site with moves and making it way more laggy. As you can see, people love it the way it is. Little and big changes will happen always here and there, but this battling system would make it closer to the normal adoptable sites, I think even 'less special'. Why? Because this battling aystem can be found anywhere. If you want so, go play Pokemon Showdown. :-)

Just by saying it will be the best site ever isn't that convincing! In my opinion this is already the best Pokemon site, do you want to know why? Because its the most original in my opinion. The battling system is better than all the other battling with all those moves.

Also going back to my old post you didn't agree with me. Do you want to sit in Riako's seat? Sitting there trying to work out all the coding to make what you suggested! If I was Riako and had to code your suggestion I wouldn't be pleased...

If he makes it like Showdown, it will likely get sued for copyright infringment. Then Pokeheroes wouldnt exist :/
And also, this is an adoptables website, meaning we focus on raising Pokemon. The battling is just a neat side thing, almost like a mini-game
