Of course not! Pokemon don't how to breed, they're taught by trainers! The only reason there are so many Pokemon out in the wild is because trainers don't always return to the daycare and the daycare man doesn't want all those pokemon so he drops the eggs off in the wild and the wild Pokemon take care of them.
