** This is a remake of this rp, due to an incident with rules & other factors. The original thread/plot is by me & TheNinjaCyndaquil **

Three years ago, Kalos' fate hung in the balance of a madman. After relief efforts in Geosenge town, life in Kalos is somewhat normal. But of course, these peaceful times won't last for long. A group of trainers have found themselves in a situation - but it's a minor incident compared to the massive problem that's unfolding. Team Flare is working in secret to create the secret weapon that will shake Kalos to its core. Will you help the region? Or will you let it crumble?

RULES
- this isn't totally literate, but try not to use one-liners & don't lead to dead ends. And please use proper grammar if you can. For example, things like "Toma walked over to the bench, yawning. She sat down, her hands folded on her knees." would be best but not like "Toma: walks to bench. Toma: yawns."
- no pokemon higher than level 60 to start with :0
- no powerplaying/op characters/marysues/bunnying/etc, please! you can speak pokemon but remember, this is a pokemon rp & magical powers don't belong here. and if you do speak pokemon, have a downside. please
- the RP will start off slow & the plot won't kick in until later, since people need to learn about kalos/people around them/etc
- the password is your favorite soda

She looks rather masculine, with broad shoulders, an athletic build, and becuase she comes in at 5'10.
Personality:
Kelsey can be rather aggressive and brusque. She is very spirited and zealous, stopping at almost nothing to achieve her goals. While she's very tomboyish, she does occasionally fret over her appearance, but not from a clothes standpoint - how others see her. History: At the Age of six Keiran Was abandoned by his parents at the entrance of mount Silver where he proceeded to enter while he was exploring the caverns of the mountain he seen a glistening crystal far above him thinking if he could maybe get the crystal he might be able to make his parent love him again so he climbed up the unstable wall of rocks without a second thought he managed to reach the crystal and he started to dig it out of the wall he managed to get it out he hanged there for a moment then all of a sudden a stalagmite fell right across his face making him lose grip and fall, when he a woke his vision blurred realising what had happened he looked down his eye ripped out on the floor and the crystal in its place lost and confused he stumbled around in the darkness for days upon end trying to find the exit but on the way he found a wild Zubat which he nursed back to health which started following him he named him Buzz They Spent Three Years in Mount Silver Finally finding the exit Buzz Had Evolved into a Golbat when he found a abandoned pokeball which he used to officially catch Buzz where he would proceed to the nearest pokemon centre where he would proceed to catch two more pokemon Missy And Archer after becoming an official pokemon trainer where he Proceeded to Train With Buzz Across The World Finally Arriving in Kalos Looking to make his own pokemon Ranch were he could care for pokemon wild or captured.

She wants to help others like her, who don’t fit in with the crowd. Anyone she meets that she recognises this in, she will try to befriend.

@eeveepower: everything is fine except one thing: i don't want magical powers like that in this RP. it gets out of hand easily & i don't think fire magic should be in a pokemon rp. I've talked w/ ninja about this and she agrees :v so please change it.

@silverfox similar to what I said with eeveepower, I don't think you should have that power. I did say that I'd probably only be fine with understanding some pokemon, and I just think that power could get out of hand.

Most people are rather intimidated by Quartz, given their broad shoulders and stocky build of a rugby player (Except that Rugby Players are usually short and Quartz is around 6' 2").
Their skin has a darker shade of Fawn (Yellowish Tan) that matches well with their glinting caramel eyes.
Their cinnamon hair is tangled mess of curls that is impossible to brush through. It ends just above their shoulders.
Quartz mainly goes for comfortable clothing. They are currently wearing a dull azure flannel shirt, baggy gray cargo pants and combat boots with the color of ash (There is a knife sheath on the left one). They have a teal hoodie tied around their waist. Its trimmed with silver fur and smells faintly of coffee.
Their most essential thing is their Drawstring Bag- Its Black with white star pattern. And its pretty heavy too. They keep their everything there.

History:
Quartz was born in Saffron City, The biggest city in Kanto. They were never attached to their homeland, except for maybe Magnet Train where they watched trains go by to calm down after particularly bad days.
Quartz grew up in Military-Centered Family (Mother being Lieutenant general and Father Colonel of Air Force) and thus was mainly raised by their Grandparents alongside their Twin Brother. Seeing their parents rarely made Quartz detached from them, especially their Mother- Who didn't accept their Gender Identity as smoothly as everyone else and who verbally abused both of her children.
Quartz was supposed to follow their footsteps and become a Marine but an unfortunate accident made them unavailable for recruitment. Having to change their future, that was supposed to be already established, forced them to go on a Pokemon Journey across the Regions, trying to find another goal they would devote their life to. Name: Harlow Jade

Appearance: Harlow has straight, tawny brown hair which would probably finish at her mid back if it weren’t kept into a high ponytail, almost always. Her eyes are a pine green color that are outlined with effortlessly long lashes. She stands at an average height for her age and gender - about 5’4 - and weighs, give or take, around 110 lbs. She considers herself healthy, despite all the rock candy she eats.
She’ll often be wearing an outfit that somewhat resembles an explorer. A brown leather jacket; a long sleeved (but rolled up), button up, beige shirt; slightly darker skinny jeans, held up by a belt; knee high, brown leather boots which are always pulled over the jean legs. With her, she carries a messenger bag containing: a headlamp which used to be her father’s, a rope, and a mini geology kit. Her belt, on the other hand, is able to hold: upto 6 Pokeballs, her Pokedex, and her slightly broken Poketch.

Personality: If there’s one thing that Harlow has learnt, its to have patience, especially when handling delicate minerals and fossils as to not break them. She’s able to apply this to the people around her as she believes they’re just as precious. However, Harlow has just as much curiosity and has the tendency to zone out whilst, as she calls it, exploring (wandering off). She’s generally quiet and tries to keep to herself, but has no problems with people striking up a conversation with her - geology puns are always welcome.

History: Harlow was born and raised in the small Sinnoh city of Oreburgh. After losing her mother at the age of five, she was left with only her father to grow close to. As she grew older, she would often ‘go to work’ with her father who was a miner in the Oreburgh mines, thus, was the beginning of her love for Geology. At the age of 10, she started, but never finished, her first journey. She chose Turtwig as her starter (eventually traded for her shieldon), as well as receiving an old amber from her father as a parting gift. After being defeated by Byron at Canalave city, she lost her confidence and ended up traveling home to train. Her journey of Sinnoh is yet to be completed.
