One of my favorites from my family's catalog of christmas recipes are called M&M party cookies! They're similar to a chocolate chip cookie, but have lots and lots of M&Ms. Its especially festive to make them with the seasonal red and green M&Ms plus, they're super easy to make.
Another favorite is Peanut Butter Balls, which are a mixture of peanut butter and a few other ingredients dipped in chocolate. Sorta like a reeses, but homemade!
