How common is a shiny Riolu? Or Lucario?

You may have noticed that there is always a shiny pokemon in my party. It is NOT FOR TRADE. I keep my wondertrade pokemon in my party. That is ALL. The shinies in my party are NOT for trade, please STOP ASKING.

I'm having some difficulty in breeding my Mimkyu. I have put several thousand into them now and still no eggs. Their message is "The two seem to match perfectly." But still. Is there something different about how you are supposed to breed Mimikyu?
