I have a weird inexplicable urge to collect a box full of ralts and its evo. Is this a normal thing?

So for the past few days I've been in an inexplicable good mood, but today after eating lunch I've felt kind of sickly. Still in a pretty good mood just slightly ill feeling. Big progress from what I've been. If you have ever accidentally knocked out a shiny what was your most annoying one? Mine was a shiny shuppet. It was in a horde and I had got its hp under half and it used curse and knocked itself out. It made me so angry.
