Mission: Abduct Pokemons for experimenting
Pokemons That Talk Will: Be used for information, allowed to have a chance to join the race of Digimon, and a chance to become a slave master which you can select a pokemon(s) to be your slave.

Pokemons That Don't Talk Will: Be either executed, tested/experimented on, eaten, dissect to learn information about their species, or become a slave.

The race of digimons will live on forever.
*This only applies to Pokemons so not humans, cat, or dog .w.*
